On the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “Groundwork,” gorgeous CIA Officer Veronica Stephens (Dina Meyer) is back and she’s asking the NCIS team for help. An agricultural engineer with patents on a number of emerging technologies has disappeared, probably kidnapped.

As Stephens explains to Sam (LL Cool J) and G (Chris O’Donnell), his technologies are the kind some countries would rather steal than pay for. (Check out the sneak peek video below!)

After posting the photo of my back the other day, I received some requests to “turn around.” My guess is, those cheeky fellas wanted me to do so without the top on, 😉 so here’s the compromise . I have to admit, 23 years after the filming of Starship Troopers, it feels pretty good to say that I am currently in the BEST shape of my life. It’s been a frustrating journey that has taken a lot of effort and discipline but the reward, folks, has more than made up for it. I’ve never been happier or felt better. Now we all know that getting fit (and STAYING fit) gets more difficult as we get older, but it CAN be done. I’m not going to lie, it won’t happen overnight, but be patient, it will happen; and when it does, you will be amazed at how incredibly gratifying that is. Looking and FEELING good are wonderful BONUSES to eating right and exercising. But adding healthy years to life expectancy is really the most important. Life is great. I personally, want to stick around as long as I can, feeling as good as I can. Don’t you? I know your loved ones want you to. I posted an article that I found in the WSJ on Twitter today. I hurt my back a few years ago. During my physical therapy, I was taught a few exercises to help strengthen it and reduce the chances of re-injury. Since then, I have been committed to doing these exercises daily. Done in my closet with no weights… THE POINT: They can be done ANYWHERE. I’m not a big fan of doing the exercises, but I am a fan of the results. No pain… No meds… Strong, toned muscles and much better POSTURE! 😂 We’re not getting younger, folks.
