I haven't tried this, but is the gameplay similar to UNICLR?
I would say it's an in-between of MBAACC and UNI, but it's not extremely close to either, the game has its own flow, the strong point in this game is resource management, planning the use of your resources depending on the round and the second to second situation is extremely important, more so than in a lot of games, the difference it makes is so huge, that just by using your resources correctly, you're at a immense advantage against another opponent that may be at your same level of skill or even higher if they're not managing correctly.

Have you guys tried the link again? I just did and it went to steam and then discord but it worked
Yup it just says messages failed to load, but other servers I'm on are fine

There are PS3/4 buying guides on the discord, but no, the game is not officially available on PC, this is a "fan port" of sorts, and the rollback implementation is also fanmade, think basically of Melty Blood Community Edition, this is what that is, but for a different game, a project made possible just by love for the game.
Jp psn for vita/ps4 (no rollback tho). The original release is on ps3 and vita
