I recently had the pleasure of working with Gerald, an agent for Delta Airlines in Las Vegas, and I can’t say enough good things about him! From the moment I approached the counter, Gerald greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers. He handled my booking needs with professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my trip.

Not only did Gerald make the process easy and stress-free, but he also provided great travel tips and made me feel valued as a Delta customer. His attention to detail, kindness, and efficiency truly set him apart. I left the counter feeling incredibly grateful for such a positive experience and confident about my upcoming journey. Thank you, Gerald, for your exceptional service – Delta is lucky to have you!

I just really need to give a shout out to a Delta employee in the Atlanta airport. My husband lost his prescription medication box on a flight from Key West. My husband realized it as we were boarding the flight from Atlanta to Buffalo. He reported it to the gate agent, Luckins **, and that beautiful man went out of of his way for us. He ran all the way down from gate T to gate D and made it back right as our flight was getting ready to leave. He has absolutely no idea how much that meant to me. This man needs to be given a shout out. I am a 100% loyal flyer of Delta moving forward. A million thanks and Delta, please promote this man to the highest humanitarian role in your company. Sincerely, The **'s in Buffalo, NY... Go Bills

Outside of the unprofessional attitude of the Sacramento team, and most of the Salt lake team My experience has been positive. When my recent flight out of Boston Logan was delayed getting to Salt Lake, the help desk provided hotel and meal vouchers, and when during this trip I was injured due to a employee not following the instructions of the help desk, Delta provided additional hotel and meal vouchers. I am however a disabled senior And Delta is awesome for taking care of their traveling disabled passengers and they are a pet friendly team, I travel with my now 11 years old Seal Point Siamese who is a frequent flyer out of Boston Logan. Boston based teams are by far the cream of the crop and the most helpful and caring!!!

The Best Team in Aviation-Especially Inflight. I have two amazing stories to mention about Delta Airlines: WOW!!!! I am not going to be able to say enough about this flight attendant. I try to give positive feedback, when possible, but I would have to write a book about FA Stephanie ** Employee Number **. I was so rushed this morning and had no sleep from yesterday and I was really dreading this flight this morning. The K-9 dogs in the RDU airport were unsettling and I am not ever a worrier when it comes to flying but the 3 sets that came through in an hour did not help.

I boarded the plane and sat down. That was when I met Stephanie. She put me at ease and was just the brightest spot in my day. I was talking to her about why I was traveling today and the next thing I knew she had come back with wings and treats for my grandkids who would be flying for the first time the next morning. She gave me some great advice about Disney and Orlando and some really cool things to do on our family vacation. I was just so honored to have met someone who should be the face of Delta Airlines and definitely a trainer on how to treat customers. I could go on and on about how she went above and beyond for me and all the guests in first class. SHE IS AN ANGEL IN THE SKY!!! I would fly with her all the time.

The second one is: Little did I know that I would be reviewing what I call the “All Male Crew Review,” but it is just something that I need to share with you. This was my second flight today and I cannot tell you how outstanding your flight attendants have been but there is one in particular that just stood out above all the rest. FA Russell ** employee number ** is the quintessential representation of what every flight attendant should be on any and all flights. He is charming and very engaging. He has a personality that makes your brand stand out so far above the rest of the other airlines. He went above and beyond not only for me but everyone, and I cannot thank him enough for his generosity, caring and AMAZING customer service. He should be in your training department working with the regional FA’s who could care less about customer service. This man is a “STAR IN THE SKIES,” and I would fly with him anywhere. I hope that you recognize him for his amazing service and his go above and beyond for the customer.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to speak with all of the crew and they all had great personalities and customer service as well. If you are going to travel even though Delta tickets are higher you get what you pay for. We flew American the next day and it was the worst experience I have ever had in 50 years of flying. DELTA will take care of you if it is within their control!! Thank you Delta Airlines.

Yes..that’s a 5 star after an 8-hour delay on my initial flight that had layovers. Naturally, I missed...we all missed our connecting flights. HOWEVER...every person at the gate did everything (and no doubt more) they could to ensure everyone was getting where they needed to go. Whether through rebooking, rerouting, or their outstanding communication with frequent updates… there was not one single upset passenger. That, I would say, is unprecedented. They were upfront from the start, didn’t defer any questions, and very quickly brought out an abundance of snacks and water.

I’ve seen so much ugly regarding airports and personnel through social media, yet to be treated with such a high standard of excellence and service was what kept the atmosphere and emotions calm and relaxed. The vouchers for an amazing lunch was the cherry on top. So for Delta flight Dl4200 gate crew…very, very well done and appreciated. HOWEVER…the excellent service did not stop at the gate.

Greeting the flight crew felt personal and genuine. They looked every passenger in the eyes while greeting us and it was just something you could feel was authentic. The piloting crew handled a potentially hairy situation with wind over the Rockies as if they were mere speed bumps. Very very smooth flight. Then the two flight attendants. They were 8 hours delayed too. It was a long day for them too. Not one peep about how tired they were or agitated about the layover…literally the only thing they mentioned about it came in the form of an apology. These two have a gift. They put every passenger ahead of any thoughts about their personal lives (which were too no doubt affected) and made it so genuine that you really couldn’t complain about the delay. It was worth it. To be in the very last seat on the plane next to the bathroom, but to be treated as if I’m in first class… I’ll take a delay every time.

A little context. I have been active duty military for 18 years. Delta is the only carrier that I have ever encountered that will NOT upgrade active duty military. I was traveling with a young troop of mine and asked if they would upgrade him because years ago I had the privilege of it and these young airman should get the opportunity to experience that. There were 4 open 1st class seats and Delta wouldn’t upgrade him. What has happened to this country? What an unfortunate turn of patriotism.

Added a layover. Then delayed the last flight by more than 6 hours. Arrival home went from 1 pm to 8:30 pm. No accountability. No means of rectifying the issue. And their customer service offers a meal reimbursement? Sad sad sad times for the airline industry.

Several weeks ago I booked airfare for my wife and I to go to see her mother for her mother’s 75th birthday and for my wife to see a doctor for her medical diagnosis. My wife is battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer and we have been told it is terminal. This will more than likely be her last trip to see her mother and other family. I paid for first class tickets so we would have room to move around and so my wife does not have to walk down the tight aisles of the plane. I requested special assistance in the airport to get her to our gate and have done all the right steps to get her medical equipment approved for the flight. I bought flight insurance for both tickets in case we could not make the flight or we needed to change the flight. Mind you, the insurance alone cost me half of what the tickets cost me.

Two weeks prior to our flight I came down with pneumonia. As our trip got closer, I only got more sick. 4 days before our flight I worked out to have my sister in law take my place on the flight so my wife could still go to WA and I can stay home to rest. My wife can’t fly alone. I called Delta to request to change the name on the ticket. I was told that they have a policy that will not allow them to change the name and there is ZERO exceptions to that policy. I explained the situation, spoke to a supervisor, and was still told no. I was told I could refund my ticket and then repurchase a new ticket in my sister in law's name but I would have to repurchase the ticket at the current day's prices. Furthermore, I couldn’t use the money I paid for my first ticket to buy the new ticket. I was told they can’t do a fund transfer either. I had no choice and I was running out of time, so I chose to refund my ticket.

I have to wait 3-5 business days to see my money back. However I couldn't wait 3-5 business days for the money to buy another ticket as I needed the ticket sooner than that. So, I had to quickly work out finances to pay for a new ticket AT THAT DAY'S PRICES. (When you're in massive medical debt for a terminally ill partner, figuring out finances isn't easy) As they were booking the new ticket I was then told that there was nothing left in first class like I had originally bought. I asked them why I can’t buy the seat I just refunded and I was told that when I refunded my seat it was automatically given to anyone who has requested an upgrade and is on an upgrade wait list. So my original seat is no longer available. (This all happened in a matter of minutes as I refunded my original ticket and bought a new ticket all on the same phone call).

Now this means that my wife and sister in law are in separate seats on the plane. On top of all this, a round trip ticket in comfort plus is costing me more money than my original round trip ticket in first class because I have to pay that days prices. Delta won’t honor a name change, won’t honor me to put funds from my current ticket to a new one, won't honor the seat I originally booked (which is next to my wife), and won’t allow me to purchase at prices in the day I originally booked the flight. I’m wondering what flight insurance is even for and why it’s so expensive if it doesn’t do anything for you. Delta Airlines: I hope you see this, and I hope you have more of a heart for your future customers. As for me and my entire family, we will never fly with you again!

Horrible service and attitude!!! Went to boarding and when approached the plane entrance, the flight attendant refused to let me in because I didn’t check my carry-on luggage. This is carry-on luggage, and it’s meant to be taken onboard! The guy was so rude and didn’t explain the reason. So, I returned to the gate and checked my carry-on. When returned to board the plane again, the flight attendant refused to let me in, so I missed my flight and there were a few passengers like me. Never ever fly with Delta! They do not deserve any business!!! Horrible service and attitude!!!

The customer service at Delta sucks! I've had to call on a few occasions and it's a minimum of 45 minutes wait each time. Do Better! Why don't you hire more people to answer the phones? Have someone call me.
