We stayed here for my husband's 50th birthday Celebration. The staff and experience was amazing. This will be our secret getaway when we need to break away from our businesses . My husband was simply blown away.
Loud ac over told them at check out he didn’t seem to care, door would not close by it self. Toilet paper roll holder was broken Over priced. Said it was strip view but could barely see it. Check out was didn’t care about my complaints
Flew from Detroit & was tired when I arrived . Went to the check in line & didn’t realize it was 9 & check in wasn’t til 3. Corinne was the attendant that helped me & I can’t give her enough credit . Put all my fears to bed & had me come back @ 12 to check in. Had some minor issues but Otilia from the conceierge went above and beyond to assist. They are the best & will continue to get my busness sweetbaby51
We didn’t stay at this hotel but we did go inside to see the incredible Chihuly blown glass ceiling piece that they have. Extremely beautiful. We had a good time walking around and drinking. Lots of places to play and gamble also. They had a nice garden area also.
I was very excited to stay at the Bellagio because I pictured a wonderful, high class resort. It is past its prime and nothing special anymore. We had a room in the Spa Tower. The room was spacious, but the decor was dated. Small window, no coffee maker (!). BUT the bathroom is amazing and huge, and the beds are very comfortable! So it was an average stay. The Buffet there is terrible and a waste of money though.

Our party of 4 couples had a fun weekend at the Bellagio, but there are definitely items needing some improvement.
The good: great room with a spectacular view of Vegas, although it was a hike from the elevator. Spago was just amazing - wonderful food and ambiance, but the waitstaff forgot to bring the birthday cake we ordered - at our Saturday night dinner they brought a baby cake, single serve, which was not what we ordered, but then they delivered the cake they forgot to the birthday gal's room on Monday. Just what a couple wants - a cake all to themselves! The spa/salon is spectacular. Wonderful therapists and beauticians.
More not so good: the check-in/check-out procedure is horrible. They have one line for both (they need an engineer to fix that mess). They have kiosks which will supposedly let you check out without waiting at the front desk, but they never work.
So we waited almost 30 mins in line to check out. Grrrr. Not a pleasant way to end a trip.
They need to improve their air filter system to minimize the overwhelming cigarette smoke smell that permeates everything. That got old quick.
Finally, they should have refillable water stations. Vegas is really really dry, and it was surprisingly hard to find water.
