ESR Customer –
First off, I really do like this case, from the design to the functionality of the kickstand and the magsafe style magnets. The sides are a little slippery but you get used to it.Unfortunately the magnets are a bit of a problem. While I appreciate ESR has made them \"extra powerful\" for a strong connection to accessories, they actually disrupt the usage of the S-Pen. Given its one of the main features of the S24 Ultra you would at least want to have the option of being able to use the pen occasionally. Seems like an oversight.

I\’m a big fan of ESR cases and bought this in readiness for my S24 Ultra arriving. Firstly the pros: it\’s a nice feeling case, nice in the hand, the kickstand works well and sits flush adding no bulk, wireless charging works well and I\’m sure it will provide very good protection of the phone if dropped – especially when coupled with the camera protectors (which are excellent)…however, I can\’t recommend this case for two reasons.1. The Magsafe ring interferes with the SPen. Now it\’s not greatly noticeable and I could live with it but it is annoying. I thought my SPen was faulty not tracking on part of the screen until I removed the case.2. The case causes camera focus issues at 5x zoom and above. Something about the case – I can\’t figure out exactly what – interferes with the bottom left camera. The camera struggles to focus and asjusts to a shirt focal length. Again, I thought I had a faulty device until I removed the case and the issue goes away and the camera focuses perfectly. The case fits well and doesn\’t seem to interfere in anyway, other camera lenses aren\’t affected so I doubt it\’s the laser sight lens but key point is that other cases I\’ve tried don\’t cause the issue.Unfortunately I can\’t recommend this case (which is a shame as i really want to like and keep it) but unfortunately will be returning for a refund.

I’ve bought ESR cases for many years and they never fail to appeal me. They are practical provide military protection, probably the best kickstand compared to others and most important they are affordable compared to some other cases they are almost 4 times the price. ESR cater for everyone and I can’t recommend their cases enough if you haven’t already just buy one, I bought this just waiting for my S24 Ultra to come!!

Still awaiting arrival of phone but so far seems like it will do as advertised. Plus side is this casing covered the gaps between the camera lens as opposed to others that may just have 1 big camera cutout for the whole camera module.Will update if any changes once phone arrives.

This case is build really good and smart. Has a kick stand and also magsafe compatible. Could not find a case with this many features and at a reasonable price. Fits perfectly with a screen protector and has strong magnets for the magsafe.

I just got ir for my S24 Ultra and it seems to be made very well. Material feels great. It is sturdy, it is not slippery. I just think it’s very important to trust in your case and it seems I can do so this time. It is the first time in 10 years I try a different brand. I will have an update on this.

I’ve been looking for a case that doesn’t interfere with the pen that is included. Usually that means either sticking a stand / holder to the back or using a magsafe stand. The magnets usually cause the pen to not work. This combines the best of both worlds. As far as the case goes, its pretty standard.
