Quality Water Heater Service

I contacted Dave for a water heater pilot light that wouldn't stay on. Dave first tried to solve the issue over the phone. After explaining to Dave I tried fixing it. Dave explained the best option at this point for a 13 year old water heater was to replace it instead of replacing parts. I really appreciate Dave trying to help. You don't see this type of service these days.

Spoke with Dave in the morning and by the afternoon, had new water heater installed. Installed an American made water heater as Dave recommended.

He is a very nice gentleman who suggested another product to solve my problem. Very experienced and gave me a free consultation. Not lot of people do that now a days. He could have easily taken my money and kept quiet about it. But he didn't. I see integrity in this man !

His pricing is very competitive and cheaper than some of the other plumbers in the area. I sent some photos and he said he could come the next day.

Great company to work with. I called around a few places and I chose this company to replace my 10 yr old water heater. The old one was rusting and had water in the drip pan. David the owner talked to me over the phone and provided a quote. He came few days later after the new year and replaced it a new better quality water heater from American Water Heater. I cannot say enough good things about David! My parents' water heater started leaking on Sunday morning. I called a few places on Yelp to get some estimates and to see when we could get someone out there to replace the water heater. David was quick to call me back and his quote was $1000 less than other competitors! He was also able to come out the next day to replace the water heater. So it was a no brainer to go with him!

After speaking on the phone with him early in the morning, the water heater kept leaking (even after the main water valve was shut off). I called David back to ask for advice and he was able to help us troubleshoot over the phone. We must have called back and forth 3-4 times on Sunday. I felt bad for calling him so much on a weekend, but David was attentive and gave great advice that slowed/stopped down the leaking.

On Monday, David showed up on time and helped us install the water heater in a timely manner. The guy who had previously installed our last water heater did a (really) bad job.
