What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Davenport

The neighbors look after your house when you are away. Easy to catch public transportation if necessary. Wide range of ages.

My neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Everybody takes care of their yards and snowblows for each other. There is a mall and a Mexican restaurant nearby.

close to a food store.plenty of gas stations. live by two schools. like going to the mall to shop. talking to the kids walking to school..

The quietness, and very family friendly. We have neighborhood block cookouts. Everyone has a good holiday spirit with decorations.

Everyone is very friendly and the neighborhood is close to a library, restaurants, stores, park. It is great for both families and older people. It's very well lit and taken care of.

I like the location. I'm near a mall, not too far off of I-80 and centrally located to nearly everywhere else I want to go in the area.
