'I'm concerned about her becoming a teenager,' admits protective Matt Damon as he bonds with step-daughter Alexia
Matt Damon enjoys some quality time with his stepdaughter Alexia as they take a stroll along the beach in Malibu.
The barefoot actor, 40, walked the shoreline yesterday and chatted with Alexia, 12, who appeared deeply engrossed in their conversation.
At one point Matt and Alexia even grabbed a kayak and headed into the water.

Alexia is the daughter of Matt's wife, Argentine born Luciana Bozán Barroso from a previous marriage.
Matt and Luciana met in Miami, Florida and were married in 2005.
In a recent interview with the Radio Times, he expressed his concerns about raising Alexia: 'Like any father, I'm concerned a little about her [Alexia] becoming a teenager... because I know just what teenage boys are thinking.'

He added: "Luckily, she is a terrific kid and the best you can hope for is that you are raising someone who has a lot of self-esteem and a lot of common sense."
Matt has three younger daughters with his wife, including Stella Zavala Damon, who was born in October.
Shortly before the birth, Matt told late night television host David Letterman that he and Luciana are not planning on having any more children in the near future.
'God no,' he said. 'With four I'm kind of hoping they pair off and leave us alone!'
Matt may be a family man, but he still manages to balance daddy duties with his work.
He's currently appearing in two movies, the Oscar-nominated True Grit and Hereafter, directed by Clint Eastwood.
If that's not enough, he has SEVEN other movies in the works including Contagion which co-stars Kate Winslet and Jude Law.
The thriller begins shooting this month and held a massive open casting call this weekend in San Francisco.
Local media report thousands of aspiring actors answered the call for help.
