With less than two months to go, multiple outlets are floating a few names around based on speculation from their "sources." To be clear, nothing has been confirmed officially by ABC yet, so this is nothing more than hearsay at this point.

One rumor, according to sources who spoke to Radar, is that the former host of the Bachelor franchise Chris Harrison was reportedly asked to join DWTS by host Tyra Banks.

“At first, Chris thought he was being approached to join the show as a host. He was a little upset when he realized Tyra wanted him as a contestant, but after he got over his bruised ego, Chris didn’t say ‘no,’” sources told the outlet.

But take this rumor with a grain of salt, because in June, Chris departed from Bachelor Nation after 19 years. The decision was made after he defended resurfaced photos of former Bachelor contestant Rachael Kirkconnell attending an antebellum plantation-themed fraternity formal in 2018. Chris later told Good Morning America cohost Michael Strahan that he had "made a mistake."

In addition to possibly seeing Chris on the dance floor, a source shared with OK! that fans could also potentially spot country singer LeAnn Rimes, actress Fran Drescher and The Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps with pro partners.

The source revealed that Meghan McCain "was on the list, but her departure from The View, which is the same network, has made that more complicated.” The View cohost of four years announced that she would be leaving the daytime talk show after it wraps up its current season at the end of July.

Again, while neither ABC nor DWTS have addressed these rumors, we're just sharing what we've heard so far.
