Bachelorette Hannah Brown recalls feeling "miserable" while winning the Dancing With The Stars Mirror Ball Trophy. Hannah recently released her new book in which she opened up about past life experiences that fans are unaware of. The book included Hannah recalling her experience dancing in the ballroom two years ago.

The season 28 winner was partnered with professional dancer Alan Bersten. This year, Alan once again made it to the finals of the dancing competition. For the milestone season 30, Alan was partnered with Amanda Kloots. The duo worked well together all season long as Alan helped Amanda move forward from her husband's death. The couple ultimately came in fourth place earlier this week.

Although Hannah and Alan secured the Mirror Ball Trophy win during season 28, Hannah actually did not enjoy her time on the show nor dancing with Alan. According to Us Weekly, Hannah revealed that her experience inside the ballroom actually was not enjoyable despite winning the Mirror Ball Trophy. In fact, Hannah was "miserable" when receiving the Mirror Ball Trophy on finale night. In the book, Hannah recalled the Mirror Ball Trophy feeling "weightless" despite striving for it for so long. Because Hannah had recently gone through so much heartbreak, she was not in the right mindset to be competing in the spotlight; however, she felt she simply needed a "win" in her life as well as a "distraction" from everything she had gone through.

Due to the trauma Hannah had recently experienced, finding trust in her dancing partner was nearly impossible. Rehearsal after rehearsal Alan would remind Hannah that she needed to trust him but Hannah simply could not find it in her to trust a man she had just met. Slowly, Hannah came around to finding trust in her dance partner; however, that does not mean she and Alan got along. Despite rumors at the time claiming the two were dating and Alan even claiming that he and Hannah were nearly the same person, Hannah felt otherwise. She said, "Our chemistry on the stage led to the press speculating that we had something more going on between us, but we didn’t. Off the dance floor, we were not compatible people."

Now that two years have gone by since Hannah won the Mirror Ball Trophy, she understands that she needed to go through that experience to get to the stage of life she is currently in. Unfortunately, she wishes she could compete on Dancing With The Stars again in order to have a better experience. As she noted in her book, her story of winning the dancing competition just shows that winning a trophy means nothing if you are not winning in your heart. Despite not having the best experience on the show, Hannah does not regret anything.
