Dancing with the Stars season 30 is officially a go at ABC!

While it was always expected ABC would pick up another cycle of its wildly popular and equally entertaining reality competition series, ABC handed out a formal renewal on March 30 in confirming the show will return as part of its 2021-22 line-up.

Given how strong of a performer the series remains all these seasons later, the decision to bring Dancing with the Stars back for another season was far from surprising — though we confess, we still haven’t quite adjusted to the once-a-year cycle for the series. Regardless, we’re just happy to know we’ll be getting the chance to enjoy another cycle of our favorite guilty pleasure show!

Below, we shared everything we know so far about Dancing with the Stars season 30 including its premiere date, cast, judges and pro dancers!

Dancing with the Stars season 30 premiere date

After taking the spring off once again, Dancing with the Stars will return to ABC’s schedule this fall. Although ABC has not yet announced an official premiere date for Dancing with the Stars season 30, it’s expected the milestone season will kick off sometime in mid-September 2021. The most likely premiere date for Dancing with the Stars season 30 is Monday, Sept. 13, 2021.

Dancing with the Stars season 30 cast

As in typical years, the complete list of celebrities competing on Dancing with the Stars season 30 is not expected to be released until closer to the season’s premiere this fall.

What is going to be interesting to see is whether ABC decides to make the season the show’s second All-Star season. Considering season 15 was the show’s last All-Star season, we could definitely see ABC pulling out all the stops with another All-Star series for the show’s 30th season!

Dancing with the Stars season 30 pros

Just as we’ll have to wait to learn the identities of the celebrities competing during Dancing with the Stars season 30 we’ll also have to wait a bit before ABC confirms which pros will be returning to coach this season’s stars.

Likely to return for Dancing with the Stars season 30 is reigning champion Artem Chigvintsev as well as fan-favorites including Brandon Armstrong, Alan Bersten, Sharna Burgess, Val Chmerkovskiy, Sasha Farber, Jenna Johnson, Keo Motsepe, Peta Murgatroyd, Pasha Pashkov, Emma Slater. We also anticipate the returns of season 29 breakout first-time pros Daniella Karagach and Britt Stewart.

Dancing with the Stars season 30 judges

We might have to wait to see which pros will be back and which celebrities will be competing, ABC has confirmed the Dancing with the Stars season 30 judging panel! Returning as judges for season 30 are Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman.
