Rev. Dr. Mark E. Mast 
Transitional Minister

Pastor Mark has enjoyed a rich and unique 27 years in ministry. With his wife, Jill, and three grown children, he has served as a solo pastor, senior minister, church planter, outreach minister, ally, and advocate in Michigan and New York. His passion in ministry has been to create space for those marginalized in society and/or the church to find safe space to experience Christ’s grace. “Meet folks where they are and travel with them to wherever the Spirit may lead. No judgement, just love.” 

Pastor Mark grew up in Columbus, Ohio and completed his undergraduate studies in Psychology and Religion at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Michigan.

Dinean Davis
Director of Ministries

Dinean has over two decades of experience in communications, graphic design and event planning. She has worked for several years in the non-profit sector at Abyssinian Baptist Church, Riverside Church and Lehman College. She has also been an active servant in ministry at First Corinthian Baptist Church where she shares her artistic abilities and event planning talents for various fellowship and social service initiatives such as feeding the homeless and facilitating an annual clothing mall, as well as leading the dance ministry. Dinean has taught in the Department of Education and also worked with various youth mentoring programs in NYC. She also has her own business, In Her Image, where she provides various services such as graphics, book design and wedding planning. In addition, she has a clothing line and does custom designs. She has also partnered with SPEAK, Suicide Prevention Through Empowerment, Action, and Kindness, to help others break through the silence and stigma of mental health care.

Dinean was born and raised in Harlem, NY. She holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Purchase College and Master’s in Business Management from Purdue (Kaplan) University and a Master’s in Pastoral Care and Counseling from New York Theological Seminary. She has shifted from Communications and Ministry Coordinator to Director of Ministries. In her new position, she will engage new ways to do worship and build ministries. She is an all around artist and loves being involved in anything creative. She has a passion to follow the mandate by God to serve others in need. She is a genealogist who loves to travel the world and experience other cultures. Dinean has one son, Jaylen who is a high school graduate and aspiring singer.

Daniel Pagan

Facilities Manager
Daniel Pagan Jr. has worked in facility management at non-profit organizations for over a decade. A New York City Bronx native, he has worked for the MTA Transit and Archdiocese of New York as an experienced facilities manager professional with a passion for helping organizations manage, engage and retaining talent.


David Rodriguez

Custodian

David Rodriguez has worked over 2 decades in office and facility services. He carries degrees in liberal arts and communications from Lehman College and St. Francis College. David is also a creative who specializes in art and video production. Coming from a long legacy of pastors, he is the son of two pastors and is no stranger to being in religious envoriments. He has a wife and 16yr old daughter.


Chris Whittaker

Interim Musician

Chris has worked with Fort Washington for over 12 years as the music director and has offered his services in this transitional period. He is currently pursuing a law degree.
