Half my shirts are from this facility, thank you all for always being so on it. Amazing quality and such helpful staff. I always come by to pickup (they only take orders online). If you're local they have a pickup window !!!! My shirts arrived and I’m so happy with how they turned out! Some of the actual shirt material was slightly cheaper than I’d hoped for, but the designs and customer service made up for that lack. However, two of the shirts had been misaligned for printing, but customer service was super helpful in fixing the problem and getting the shirts reprinted to what I had expected. Don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions to get your shirts exactly how you want before printing. It’ll pay off in the end result, and One Hour Tees will work with you to deliver! I had a WONDERFUL (!!!!) experience with One Hour Tees. I was flying home for my Grandma's 100th birthday party, and last minute (literally the night before) had the idea that matching t-shirts would be cute, for attendees & obviously a special one for the birthday girl! I got on my phone the next morning, uploaded a pic & some text for the shirts, and called to ask them a question about adding punctuation to the text. The person who answered was so on top of it - she answered that question, then told me to call her back once I submitted & she would make sure it got invoiced to me quickly! (Since paying the invoice is when the production starts) Keep in mind, all of this is at like 11:30 am on a Friday. I got an email back from Karima offering a super sweet (and much prettier!!) mockup that she had made just in case I liked it better than the quick one I made on my phone. I LOVED it, so she updated everything, got the invoice over to me quickly, and I was able to pick up my shirts at 3:45 pm before I headed to the airport.
