The hotel was a great location. It was clean. Our room was what we booked. The staff was friendly. Check in was smooth. Nothing "wrong/bad" happened. Yet, nothing amazing or 5 star worthy occurred. There are multiple floors with inoperable ice machines so if you do visit, I would ask which floors ice machines work so you won't be on a scavenger hunt like I was. Terrible service. Rude receptionist.
I am staying here for 3 weeks, checked in last night. Receptionist blocked my card for extras without asking for my approval. I had no water in the room, no minibar, room service was off and i was after a 20 hours trip, dehydrated and jet lagged. There was no hot water in the room either. If the management is as rude as their stuff I doubt this comment will be read or taken seriously.

Pros:
- Easy check in process with friendly staff.
- We were assigned a handicapped room, which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable.
- Nice view of the Hudson river.
- Loved the shower, which had fantastic water pressure.
- Quiet location up on the higher floors.
- Nice clean room.
- Good wifi, which you connect to with a password. They provide you with wifi details upon check in.
- Good value for the price.
- Great location near Times Square, but far away enough where you aren't disturbed by the street performers.

Reception staff are rude, house keeping was rubbish, they don't clean rooms properly, very dusty and forget to leave towels. Hot water was like playing Russian roulette, if it was hot shower quickly, as it could be cold 10 seconds later. Rooms are very tired and need attention. The concierge were great though, very helpful. I have stayed in better 2 star hotels. I will not be back here and certainly wouldn't recommend it

Well. It is coming up on three years since this hotel canceled our reservation because of covid. We have a lot of promises to be refunded but have not see one nickel yet. When will this hotel make good on its promises to issue a refund?

Very ideal location for time square, staff are friendly however they’re really bad at giving back refunds which a taken from a credit card.
Very hard to get hold of once you’ve left the hotel.
Wouldn’t recommend due to this as my credit card is now asking for this money which should of been refunded by now.
