Ronaldo’s sister Katia once shared a small glimpse of their childhood house in Madeira. The sister of the player shared that they grew up in an old house that was only supported by bricks. She further shared that visiting the old house made her nostalgic.
As a young boy, Cristiano Ronaldo was named “crybaby” by his peers as he frequently broke out into tears when things did not go his way. Furthermore, reports suggest that at the age of 14, Ronaldo was even expelled from his school because he threw a chair at his teacher. The teacher allegedly jokes about Ronaldo’s financial condition to which the Portuguese reacted violently.
He eventually left his schooling and started focusing on his passion for soccer. Ronaldo started his professional soccer career for Portuguese club Sporting Lisbon before getting noticed by then Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson.
