- 3.0Technical Customer Care SpecialistFormer Employee, less than 1 yearVirginia Beach, VA
Pros
The training process was very thorough and lengthy. Pretty decent customers granted how bad call centers can be. Great management.
Cons
No amount of training could prepare you for how vast the system is, there was so much leading up to my departure I still didn’t understand that remains a mystery to this day. Like I said the customers weren’t bad but my goodness the call volume for how many people we had on the floor was crazy sometimes. I got out before I cemented too deep of roots, I realized call centers just aren’t for me!
