What I like best about Coursera is that it helps me to develop and improve my professional growth. It guides me to be a better team manager. It doesn't focus only on learning development but also suggest what training is applicable for you. It is easy to use, easy to search your topic of interest. I've been using Coursera for 1 year now and the thing I like the most about it is that with every course they provide both video and text material to make it more easier. Also, the random question in the middle of the video is one of the best features for me so far as it makes me stay focused throughout the video material which is helpful for me with the weekly quizzes. Coursera used to have an active forum for every specialization course in the past. The forum was a way for course participants to exchange ideas about their experiences in the process of partaking in a Coursera programme.
