Mr. Kyle, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to

Mr. Kyle, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during my recent car purchase at Cosmo Motors Inc. Your professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring a smooth and pleasant buying experience truly stood out. From the moment we first interacted until the completion of the transaction, your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Your expertise in guiding me through the various options - explaining the how the funding works, features of the vehicles, and addressing all my concerns made the decision-making process much easier. Your friendly and approachable demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere, and I felt confident in the choices I was making. Moreover, your responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs did not go unnoticed. Your commitment to ensuring that I was satisfied and secured with my purchase is a testament to your dedication to customer service. I am thoroughly enjoying my new car, the E55 AMG, and I credit much of that enjoyment to the positive experience I had working with you, and also giving her a name, and now its her license plate - just like you said "that is sick for the E55!" Loved it!!!! Please accept my warmest thanks for your outstanding service. I will not hesitate to recommend Cosmo Motors Inc. and specifically, your assistance, to friends and family in the future. Wishing you continued success in your role, and I look forward to potentially working with you again in the future. Great company and great people - Thank you! Warm regards, J. L. Dover, Delaware

Great buying experience

The dealership has the most unique and hard to find vehicles around. But unlike some dealers, these vehicles look as good as their pictures and drive even better. They truly take pride in their inventory selection. I am local but would say if your looking to buy virtually this is great choice. Matt was my sales person. He was extremely helpful, low key and made it fun buying my Ford 350. The whole team went out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. Also the closing was record time ...no stupid upselling of unwanted services or options. They earned a returning customer and I would highly recommen

Cosmo Motors is a Unique place. Nice Showroom fl.

Matt is a Great salesman. He has a calm ,cool spirit. He is very knowledgeable and he keeps you updated. He does not pressure you and no hassle. His character over the phone made me feel i can Trust in him and the Dealership. He got the job done. I am from California, so I'm glad I had him for a salesman. Great Guy. If I was there, I would treat him to PDQ,s for lunch.

Ask for the Title

I had very high hopes and perhaps that set me up for disappointment. My salesman was great... courteous, prompt, honest and responsive. Everyone seemed great throughout the transaction. Buying online and transferring lots of money prior to even seeing the car in person is unnerving. I was happy with the car and price so we headed into the GM's office to sign the documents. He had a folder full of papers to sign. Mostly lawyer speak for "It's a used car" and "no warranty" and "there may be modifications" etc. Since I wire transferred the full amount it was straight forward. With my folder full of documentation in hand I drove it home (out of state). When I reviewed the contents I was surprised to NOT find the Title to the car! Um... I called the GM. Did the money not arrive? Yes, it did. It's our policy to hold the title for 15 days. Whaa?! I only have 30 days to register the car without a fine. I'm out-of-country for two weeks... I need the title NOW! I was livid. "It's our policy". Why didn't you tell me this when I was in your office? "You didn't ask." Whaa?! Who even thinks to ask that?? In Nebraska someone was just charged with "Failure to Deliver Title on Transaction". Apparently, each state is different. I could see a case if a loan was involved or a personal check had to clear. But wire transfer is cash!? What would happen if they declared bankruptcy before my title was in hand. What if the IRS freezes their operations? The GM was able to expedite my title to me. It arrived in a few days. So, this policy COULD be changed. I paid my taxes and got registered. Had I known ahead of time I'd pick the car up and not pay until the title arrived. That's my policy.

How this Cosmo Motors stole $23,000 from me..

I purchased a 2014 Yellow SEMA Corvette Z51 2LT 1G1YJ2D7XE5124928 from this dealership I was assured this vehicle was in perfect condition, when I received it and took it for a drive it started to have motor problems immediately. I called them explain to them what happened and they told me the car was in perfect condition. My mechanic looked it over to determine that there was potentially catastrophic engine damage to this car. I told them the situation and they told me there was nothing they can do other than taking it in on consignment and selling it for me. To recoup the $23,000 I put down on it. So that would mean selling a car with a bad motor to someone else and claiming zero responsibility when that person states that the motor is bad and opens me up to legal ramifications due to lemon laws and private sales. And why exactly would I want to do to someone what they did to me? So then I asked a week later if I can just trade the vehicle in for another vehicle as much as I did not want to do business with them I had to get out of this vehicle they said OK and he gave me $600 more than what I owed on it. They refused to give me any of the money back that I put down just two weeks prior and they refuse to take any bit of money off the next vehicle I had to purchase from them. This is a very shady awful dealership they have zero care for the damage they do to people financially. I have phone calls into the Better Business Bureau. I have every text message and every phone call recorded every lie they told me and the rude arrogant responses I received from the owner today. They listed this vehicle back for sale the day after it was delivered to them for the price I paid for it basically stealing all the money that I put down on it and reselling it without it being fixed to the next person that will lose a ton of money purchasing it from them. Read reviews before you purchase anything from this dealership and if you choose to purchase a vehicle from them have an outside mechanic fully inspect the vehicle, the oil in that Corvette reeked of gasoline they never checked it never inspected it never change the oil they lied. I bought this vehicle from my son and I to take to Car Show’s because he loves cars, the thought of this car blowing up with my son in it enrages me. Let my lesson be review enough for any potential purchases from this dealership buying a car from this dealership it’s like playing Russian roulette. I reached out to the owner today because I wanted to speak with him before I left a review he was arrogant and rude and basically told me I made an adult decision I’m an adult and I lost my shirt. Accusing me of trying to blackmail him which I did not I never once asked for my money back I wanted him to be made aware of the situation because I didn’t know if he was and if he thought it was right for one of his customers to lose $23,000. He told me the option he offered was fair which was the option for them to sell that car to someone else and due to someone what they did to me, no thank you. I also did not tell him I would leave him a bad review this is not a bad review this is the truth. To do what was done to me is terrible but I’m sure they had a good laugh about it. I bought this car because my son loved it and I thought of it as an investment, something I could sell down the road after we enjoyed it for when he was ready to go to college but not only did I lose the car because it was unsafe but I lost all of my savings as well. Do they care? No! They just saw it as “look at this idiot and how much we made off of him” I hope that made you guys feel good about yourselves. Keep up with that faith in god you have so much! 🙏🏻👌🏼 God don’t like ugly.

Unethical, will sell a car at any expense.

I bought a truck last week a 2008 Ford F250. While riding with the sales person I made it known that I did not want a truck with any modifications IE: Exhaust and EGR systems. The salesman ensured me that it had no modifications. I purchased the truck got home, got to looking over the vehicle the next morning and found a SCT programmer that I did not see in the truck when I went through it at the dealership. I immediately called the dealership and was put in touch with Chance the GM. Chance proceeded to tell me that he himself had told me the truck had EGR deletes, funny that I did not work with Chance during the sale. I had a friend look at the truck. After he looked at the truck he informed me that it not only had EGR modifications but that the DPF in the exhaust had also been removed. I emailed the sales person. I was put in touch with the GM Chance I explained to him that I was not happy with what I had found. He said he had told me it had mods and there is nothing they can do. I wrote a review on another site and was called a liar by the dealership. I did some research and North Carolina requires that a vehicle is Safety inspected which covers "Exhaust System Emission components". Chance told me that Diesels did not require a inspection, not true. They do not require a Emissions test. Cosmo Motors would have caught that these components were deleted when they put that little inspection sticker on the windshield. They should have fixed the issue or disclosed the mods to the customer before sale of the vehicle. The Dealership will not own up to their mistakes or work with their customers to fix their mistakes. Also, Chance did my financing for the purchase. Chance was all over the place because his daughter was running around the office while I was trying to complete the purchase. He did not give me all of the required paperwork at the time of the sale because he was distracted. Very unprofessional on his part.

Read ALL the charges

In looking at the purchase agreement I found a charge of $179 for GOVERNMENT FEES. This was in addition to the normal inflated DOCUMENTATION FEE of $599. When I asked about it I was told this was for tags and registration........ Thats a gouge especially when you are transferring a tag!
