Did you like a piece of information on Wikipedia that you want to share or read offline? You can legally save a PDF copy of that page directly from Wikipedia. This wikiHow article will walk you through the simple process of downloading any Wikipedia page as a PDF.

Things You Should Know

Click the "Tools" menu on any Wikipedia article and select "Download as PDF."
Click "Download" to save the PDF to your computer.

Steps

Download Article

To search for a page, go to https://www.wikipedia.com, then type a word or phrase into the search bar.
You'll see this drop-down menu in the upper-right area of the page below the language menu. A drop-down menu will expand.

Click Download as PDF. This is under "Print/export" in the drop-down menu. This will redirect you to a page that includes a download link. The page will display the message Please wait while the document is being generated. The process won't take more than a minute to complete.
- Immediately after it, the page will refresh automatically and a download link will be generated.
This saves the PDF to your usual "Downloads" folder.

On an Android device, you have to be a member of Wikipedia. You can register by clicking the Options bar on the far upper-right corner. After registering, when you load an article you will see a download symbol above the page in the middle. Click it and the article will download to your files in PDF format.
