This was one of the worst airline experiences I’ve ever had, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid flying with you. I’ve already posted about it on social media. First, we couldn’t even check in online, which was just the beginning of the problems. You didn’t provide headphones, and we had to pay $3 each for them. The flight attendants told us to save our cups if we wanted more water — that’s ridiculous. You changed our flight from 8 am to 11 am without telling us, forcing us to leave our hotel at 5 am and rush to the airport for no reason. Then, a delay on our first flight had my pregnant wife and I running through Frankfurt Airport to catch the next flight. It was incredibly stressful, and on top of that, all four of our bags were lost, and we had to submit a claim. When we asked about our bags, your representative lied and said they were being checked when the truth was you failed to transfer them. This was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any airline. I will never recommend you to anyone, and I will be avoiding your airline from now…
