  • Sign up for Bill Pay1 by selecting the option on the registration form

Activate Online Banking

What do I need to activate Online Banking?

For a Commerce checking or savings account, you will need:

  • The name(s) on your account
  • Your account number
  • Your Social Security number2
  • Your mother's maiden name
  • The amount and date of your last deposit

For a Commerce credit card, you will need:

  • The name on your credit card
  • Your credit card number
  • Your Social Security number2
  • Your Zip Code®
  • Your credit card security number (consisting of three digits on the back side of the card near the signature box)
  • Amount of your last payment
  • If you have not yet made a payment to your credit card account, please enter 0.00

For a Commerce installment loan or home equity account, you will need:

  • The name(s) on your account
  • Your loan number
  • Your Social Security number2
  • Your Zip Code®
  • Your next payment amount and due date

For a CommerceCare® Health Services Financing or Health Payment Plan, you will need:

  • Your Account ID
  • Your minimum payment amount and due date
  • Your Social Security number2
  • Your Zip Code®
