Such an amazing spa!! You have to go if you get chance!
Me and my sister just came back from a few days in Milan as part of our Italian holiday, and we are both so glad that we visited QC Terme while in Milan! It was just an absolutely amazing spa (and we’ve both done several others but loved this one)! There are so many varied amazing rooms, there’s nothing like the water themed rooms anywhere else that I’ve experienced or heard of too and I loved the light up lamp style relaxation room. There’s so many facilities and the surroundings are just beautiful, especially the outside water area! It was very busy when we visited but as there were so many rooms and areas we didn’t find this a problem. The buffet style lunch and afternoon drinks and nibbles were delicious too and so filling! The one weird thing was not having pockets with the robes, so just be aware of this if you want to carry things round with you like glasses or your phone!

    Amazing
Beautiful spa views outside were amazing. So much to do inside form jacuzzi pools storm simulator saunas steam room. Options were endless. Was quite busy but not in a way that was negative. Would 1000% go again.

So much to do, and food was offered too
We enjoyed the evening general stay - all robes and towels were complimentary and had lockers to store everything while you weren’t needing them (no locks required). The spa consisted of around 15-20 rooms each with a unique experience and was really enjoyable to walk around and explore them. The complimentary food was two drinks of your choice and a sort of snack board. The bed thing about the experience was that they managed to gauge exactly how many people to let in at once so nowhere felt really oversubscribed at any one time. Would recommend, good value for money.

All the spa gear but not the spa atmosphere!
The spa itself is amazing, so many incredible rooms and you stay much longer than you think when you first walk in! The evening apperatif was lovely, lots of buffet style choice of different snacks and well organised and topped up. One star removed for how busy it is. Not a spa experience in that sense. They seem to just cram people in and be making the most money possible in this sense. Perhaps limit numbers a little and bring it back to being a proper spa.

    Very good - much needed
I know this place has been on tik tok and on other social media sights a-lot and it is fantastic and worth the hype. For context I did the 5 hour pass with wellness break. A polite note: However to anyone going please be mindful that there are other people on the spa there was a lot of filming going on and taking photos. By all means get a photo/ video for your insta / social media but be mindful of the other people around you and try and keep others out of your photos/ videos. Also be patient and kind to other people at the spa, don’t get annoyed / upset that people are getting in your media accidentally while filming there as it’s a social space. As it is a social space please don’t talk loudly, it is a spa and people want to relax so try and talk in a whisper. The spa experience: Yes it’s busy but it’s also a large spa with lots of rooms which if you are patient then you can enjoy them and get the experience you want. With certain rooms people where just there to get there social media material so they would come do their thing and then leave. It’s pretty easy to wait them on. Outside each room there is a sign that tells you about the room and the ritual to ensure that you get the most out of it. There is a great variety of rooms to explore and enjoy and I really liked the variety. Overall the majority of visitors where lovely, kind and friendly there where just a few who where ruining it by talking very loudly and not making any effort to keep others out of their social media content. I did really enjoy myself. The Wellness lunch: Is a cold buffet made up of variety of salads, grains, meats, cheese and breads. It includes water, wine and beer. There where two types of beer on tap and white, red and rose wine available. As well as tea and coffee - you can go up multiple times for all items within your set time. Negatives: My slippers where taken twice and my towel was taken twice as well. The reception staff where very kind and always gave me new ones.

    A Birthday Treat
Had a wonderful afternoon here to celebrate my birthday. Despite being busy we still managed to experience the many varied rooms and facilities. The package we booked was really good value and included a 5 hour visit, complimentary robe and flip flops, 2 glasses of prosecco and snacks. On leaving we were presented with a gift bag containing body lotion and handwash. We are already planning to return for another special occasion.

    Great Day Out
Enjoyed this place, haven't seen any spa with such an extensive range of experiences: I can see why it is popular. We went from 11-4, they serve lunch from 12-3 (which we didn't book) so it eases a little in the basement experience rooms as people go up to eat. It is a very busy spot for sure but we really enjoyed it. Changing rooms were my least favourite experience, very hot, busy and packed. They need air con in there and more space! As noted in many reviews this place seems to be an attraction for people glued to their phones....its almost creepy at times, a bit Black Mirror! We were unaffected by this but I can see why some people wouldn't like it.

Milan- has potential but ruined by tiktok instagrammers.
Whilst visiting Milan, this came up as one of the top things to do. The location is beautiful and this is a truly unique experience unlike any other spa we have visited. It was clean. The lockers were ample size and the showers had all the necessary toiletries. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The BIG downside to this however is that (as many other reviews have stated) this has become a big tik tok trend. This completely ruins the atmosphere in most of the rooms and makes for a completely unrelaxing experience. I even got asked several times to move so that someone could take their pictures without me in the background!!!- obviously I just gave them a typical British dirty look. There are people here that are not here to relax or enjoy the experience but are there to take pictures for their social media and have complete disregard for others who are just trying to relax and enjoy their day. The ‘quiet’ rooms were not quiet. My strong advice to the owners of this spa are to prohibit the use of phones in the rooms. This must be a truly terrible experience for any locals on a spa day. Overall do not recommend if you are truly looking for a relaxing spa day.

Pampering After A Long Day In Milan
Perfect way to spend an evening after a busy tiring day exploring the city. We spent over 5hrs in the spa, enjoying drinks, a massage and a delicious buffet. All the experiences in the Spa are fantastic. Loved the Storm Room!

Major disappointment. Maybe this will help someone else. My daughter and I looked forward to a special visit to this unique looking spa. I booked ahead, and the only time left was 9:00pm/21:00. Paid €68 each. Closing time on Sundays is listed as 11:00pm/23:00. So I thought it would just about be worth it for 2 hours after a long day in Milan.

But at 10:30pm, a big security guard guy came to the room we and other guests were in and said, “CLOSED! You must leave!” We were very confused and thought maybe it was just that room. But no, all the experience rooms, hot tubs, everything were closed! The only open rooms were the locker rooms. The guard made everyone leave immediately. I said something to a lady in the hall and she said it closes 30 mins before closing time. I said I didn’t see that anywhere. I told her I paid €68 each and cutting the time 25% didn’t seem worth it. She replied, “well you saw the price you paid.” (Um, but I didn’t see it closes 30 mins before closing time!) She told me to go talk to a lady at the front desk, that she could no longer talk to me. Lady at the front desk said it says it on your confirmation of booking. So I pulled up my email confirmation and it actually is in a bunch of fine print in paragraph called “Opening Times”. Right. Obviously they hide that policy. If I had known, I wouldn’t have booked it.

Also, no apertivo, as it does state. Only saw one station with mini paper cups of tea. Outdoor pools and train sauna were not as warm as we’d hope. Face Exercises station just had pumps of some lotion and flat screen with what to do, was off/broken. Kind of gimmicky.

What a rip off.

This was the most horrendous experience I had in my entire 3 week trip to Italy. All of the other bad reviews? Believe them. I am in utter shock at how poorly we were treated.

We arrived 20 min prior to our 75 min massage and spa entrance, only to be told that our appointments were canceled because a masseuse called out from work. Front desk girls don’t speak English and are incredibly rude. Now— there are 2 of us, why were both appointments canceled you ask? The manager tells us… “I don’t know. You can see we are so busy today. We can’t accommodate, so we can give you spa entrance or nothing at all.”

We left. Didn’t get the experience and quite frankly, it was so busy I can’t imagine the place is clean or that great anyway. It is also 30 min outside of the main city away from the Duomo so save your taxi money. Our hotel had a seemingly nice spa menu so I would recommend you check out a hotel spa before booking here.

I might also add, we were the only “non Italian” colored people in the reception area. Do not come here.

Unbelievably slack in that they advertise that they are open and you can enjoy until 11pm. At 10:25, security starts coming around forcefully telling people it’s closed. Nowhere that I could find in the website or when we checked in and were told yes, open until 11 was it mentioned they want you gone a half hour before close.

The response from management may be that they need you to shower/change, but it’s 22:43 and we are the last ones out.

This place could be wonderful but it’s crazily overcrowded and there’s so many people taking videos and pictures everywhere.
There’s literally no privacy at all, people just recored wherever they want. Phones and cameras should at least be banned in relaxing areas such as saunas, steam rooms, water pools, showers etc but they aren’t. It’s a very very weird environment. We use spas all the time but this is just a social media paradise. Absolute weirdo central. Avoid if you want to relax in peace and privacy.

Also you can’t even buy any alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks you literally have to pay 29 euros for a buffet that comes with a drink. 🤣🤦🏼‍♂️

For me nothing was warm enough especially pools and steam rooms. There’s far better in this country that’s for sure.

However it does have the potential to be wonderful but unfortunately it’s spoilt by the times of today and their selfies for likes, sad sad times…..

This is a must do experience if you come to Milan with friends or couple. Lockers, towels, flip flops and robes provided as well as refreshements, toiletries, hair dryers, straighteners. Amazing experience with lots of quirky rooms all providing relaxation. A variety of indoor and outdoor pools, sauna’s, steam rooms and relaxation rooms. We felt it was quite expensive but didn’t feel like we over-paid either if that makes sense. It gets very busy by lunch time so I’d recommend going in the morning. We didn’t eat here or have a massage so can’t comment on that. Lovely morning spent relaxing!

This place is disgusting. There are way too many people to even enjoy the experience. Its a pity because the facilities are great but its just utterly gross and not well organized.

A worker was loudly screaming at two visitors who were being a bit too touchy in a public spa (if you know what I mean). Inside of the vapor sauna, there were multiple people who were sneezing and coughing.

After sauna, many people didn't properly clean themselves and proceeded to go to the public pools. One man was bleeding and told his friend that he didn’t need to wash it since he was going inside of the pool. Gross. Gross. GROSS.

People are very loud and doesn't allow you to truly unwind and relax. I couldn’t believe when the worker started to yell because you would think that they would try to help maintain a relaxing atmosphere.

Would never recommend to someone else. Will never come back. Save your money and find a better option.

This was my first experience at a spa that sounded more like a busy shopping mall than a place for relaxation. Silence is required no where on the premises and cellphones are allowed. This is something I had never seen at any other spa in the World. Usually, there are signs reminding people to whisper and there are members of the staff that stroll around to enforce the silence. The guests spoke loudly to each other and many guests were FaceTiming their friends while in the pools and in the change room. I do not recommend this spa if you are looking for a relaxing experience. If you are looking for the perfect instagram photo or are hoping to call your family in friends while in the pool or the shower this spa is for you. The change room was very messy with robes and towels on benches and floors. Apart from the reception and dining room staff, I did not see any staff cleaning or tidying up anywhere. We were quite disappointed.

The saunas, pools and so on are great and innovative. I even liked the food (although it‘s definitely not worth the price you pay!) The problem here is that it‘s way to crowded and people are taking pictures everywhere! We tried to relax in one of the indoor pools when someone startet to have a foto shoot in the pool! Like with posing and having someone take pictures of her and so on! Also people are taking pictures in the saunas and the relaxing spaces, wardrobe and basically everywhere. You really feel like they are only there for instagram…. Not relaxing at all, if not even the opposite! Staff won‘t do anything about it. If they would let half the people in and clean the place better it could potentially be a great experience, but as of now it‘s just not the experience you are paying for

Visited here having seen videos and having been recommended the place.

The Good

The place is very nice and the pools and saunas etc all very good. Maybe saunas could have been hotter but overall the place is nice and the offering is good.

The VERY bad

As so many reviews have stated this place is let down by the visitors and the owners don’t seem to want to address this.

Over crowded
Idiots constantly on phones trying to get the best angle whilst pouting like a duck
Noisy to the point of annoyance certainly not a relaxing spa

Would I go again? Yes I would providing I knew that it was a very quiet period and they have banned the use of phones.

If you are looking for peace and quiet do not go here.
