Strictly Come Dancing presenter Claudia Winkleman has revealed details about her 20-year marriage to husband Kris Thykier, confessing that he is "much more romantic" than she is.

Claudia and film producer Kris married in 2000 and have three children together, Jake, Matilda and Arthur.

Speaking to Red magazine for its December issue, Claudia revealed that she and Kris have a very equal relationship and never put pressure on each other.

"Kris is very Scandinavian. We've been together for 22 years and he's never once said to me, 'What's for dinner?' It's always been, 'What shall we have for dinner?'" she said.

"So we share, and when one of us is snowed under, the other person will help. He knows that in the lead-up to the Strictly final, for example, I'm useless, so he might be in charge of getting Christmas presents for our nephews and nieces."

She added that Kris brings most of the romance to their relationship, joking: "I'm not a romantic person, he's much more romantic than me, the poor guy!"

The presenter also spoke about embracing her mistakes, saying that she wants to have an honest relationship with her children as they grow up.

"There's loads of things I could be better at, it's just a litany of mistakes that we make as parents, right?" she said. "It's endless. But the truth is, as my kids have got older, I've learned not to care if they think I'm a bit of a moron because they're supposed to."

The full interview with Claudia features in the December issue of Red, which is on sale now.

Claudia recently spoke about her feelings of imposter syndrome in an interview with You, admitting that she is "just waiting to be fired".

"I'm waiting for somebody to tap me on the shoulder and go, 'Oh, sorry, we've got this all wrong, you are not allowed to go in again, we've got Rylan instead', but I don't think that's a bad thing. Imposter syndrome is incredibly useful," she said.

Strictly Come Dancing continues this Saturday (November 7) on BBC One.
