I'll break down my experience with it so far:
Unboxing
Standard composite/particle board/compressed wood furniture packaging, arrived without damage. All the parts and instructions were included, including a few extra parts if needed.
Assembly
The instruction manual was comprehensive, and easy to understand, parts were easy to identify, and everything went smoothly. It took about an hour or two for me to assemble by myself.
The one thing I thought to be odd was the fact that you have to hammer the door hinges into the doors with the glass on them, I mean if you have to hammer anywhere, that would be the last place you would expect to have to.
In the instruction manual it recommends a carpenters style claw hammer to complete this task. I would HIGHLY recommend that you use a rubber mallet to do this, because if you miss you are probably going to break the glass. Also make sure you place it on a hard, flat surface, I placed them onto the underside of one of the main surfaces, with cardboard in between to protect the door finish. You'll have to hammer pretty hard to get those properly seated.
Fit and finish
Everything fits well, it is very sturdy upon completed assembly. The finish is pretty standard for this type of furniture, it seems durable and doesn't scuff easily.
Appearance
Modern looking, sleek, simplistic. It keeps wires hidden behind the unit, and is fairly unobtrusive in stature.
Function
This is good for most modern components, but review the measurements to ensure all yours will fit. The three shelves on the lower portion can be adjusted up or down, as there are three possible positions with pre-drilled holes. My only complaint here is I wish the top shelf that the TV sits on was slightly higher, so as to fit an A/V receiver, or a larger center channel speaker. Tisk-tisk, I know there is just never going to be perfect solutions unless there are standard sized components...
The doors are nice for hiding some components -- those ones you don't wish to display, and blurays/dvd's/cd's, etc... The glass doors allow you to use infrared remotes controls through them.
The top shelf holds up to 100lbs, most modern TV's weigh less than that, but check your specs to ensure it is 100 or less. I have a 52" TV on it, mine weighs 86lbs, and it sets perfectly.
Summary
Anyway, I really like this item, it's nice for displaying some components, and hiding others, along with the wires. It's also pretty inexpensive, well made, durable, and modern looking to complement modern components.
Overall: recommended.
Packaging was good as they put 2" thick pieces of cardboard on the edges to prevent damage. I would say without these, the item would be in bad shape by the time it arrived. Assembly took about an hour, and was fairly painless. My only gripe is that one of the pegs for the top shelf did not have the hole tapped for the screw coming from the bottom. Not a big deal, but still stinks. Not all 4 sides of the wood is edged, so there is exposed wood on the backside. Not too much of a worry, but if you ever get a lot of moisture or water around this, those un-edged areas will begin to swell. That is the reason I'm rating this a 4 instead of a 5. If the one piece was tapped correctly and all 4 sides were edged, this would be a 5 in my book.

I especially like the adjustable height tablets, that allow me to put in my Harmon Kardon receiver, which is big.
I would have appreciated that the back board had bigger holes, especially in the middle where all the cables from all my devices converge in my receiver.
When I received my delivery, UPS had most probably dropped it on the corner, and even though it is very well wrapped, 2 out of the 3 horizontal boards had their corner broken. I called the manufacturer, and they promptly shipped replacement parts without any problems or hassles, and that arrived within about a week.
I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it is a company located in the Quebec Province.
It also comes with a pencil, to repair discolored surfaces, I think this is a nice attention.
