I don’t know why people have a problem with these cases . I look for cheap tv series in these cases just so I can get the case- because no one sells them . I’ve bought over 30 of them and used them to consolidate a lot of my complete tv series . I wish all complete tv series came in these boxes . Here is the problem people have - each side of the tray holds 2 discs but they must go on in a certain way . One hub is higher than the other . This is for the disc that is on top . The other one is lower , this disc goes on the bottom underneath the top disc . If you can’t see it with your eyes , then feel it with your fingers . If you have the bottom disc on the top hub and the top disc on the bottom hub , yes it’s gonna be hard to put on or take off ! And then I can see how you might crack them . And those 2 tabs might be a little tight at first but they loosen up real quick . To begin with, you just push them down to release the disc . You don’t pry them up .

In UK we have to buy diffrent dvds for each seasons and probably even cost more so it is a real bargain but if your from the UK you will need a multi region dvd player for them to play. These are good if you want to save room I would highly recommend and only taken a week to come from US
