Newlywed Chris Pratt reveals where he and wife Katherine Schwarzenegger met

So where exactly did Chris Pratt meet his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger? If you were guessing a singles bar or dating app, try again.

“We met at church," Pratt told Extra in an interview published online Tuesday. “There's a lot of kismet and a lot of connections, but that is where we met."

Pratt caught up with the entertainment news program at the opening of "Jurassic World - The Ride" at Universal Studios Hollywood.

According to Pratt, Schwarzenegger opted to spend her night with her stepson rather than with robot raptors. The actor has a 6-year-old son with ex-wife Anna Faris.

“I rolled solo this eve,” the "Parks and Recreation" star said. “Katherine's at home right now, and she and Jack are tie-dying shirts."

Pratt and Schwarzenegger wed last month in a Montecito, Calif. ceremony that included Pratt's son Jack and the bride's parents Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger, according to People and E! Online.

The bride wore not just one, but two custom Giorgio Armani Privé wedding dresses

Pratt popped the question in January, months after the pair had people guessing if they were an item when they were spotted together last June. The twosome were then spotted on a church date in August and visited a winery with Pratt's brother the following month.

After announcing their engagement, the couple made their red carpet debut at the April premiere of "Avengers: Endgame" at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
