Thor: Love and Thunder is one of the highly-anticipated movies coming in phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is set to be released in February 2022. Chris Hemsworth’s Ripped Thor Might Return In Thor: Love and Thunder
In a social media post, Chris Hemsworth shared a photo of him doing an intense workout. His muscles got even bigger than before, suggesting that he may be working out for Thor: Love and Thunder. Apparently, Avengers: Endgame ended with Thor being overweight. Fans have been speculating that Thor 4 will introduce a brand new look for Thor as he ventures with the Guardians of the Galaxy. Thor is considered as one of the strongest members of the Avengers. He singlehandedly wiped almost all of Thanos’ army during Avengers: Infinity War. With Hemsworth’s latest workout photo, he might be planning to redeem his title as the strongest Avenger.
Why Thor Became Fat In Avengers: Endgame
During Avengers: Infinity War, Thor almost killed Thanos with his ax called Stormbreaker. Unfortunately, Thanos managed to snap his fingers and erased half of the population of the entire universe. Thor blamed himself for giving Thanos the chance to snap. During Avengers: Endgame, Thor and the remaining members of the Avengers managed to find Thanos on a different planet. However, Thanos destroyed the infinity stones, giving no chance for the Avengers to bring back everything that’s lost. Thor decided to chop off Thanos’ head and told them “I went for the head.” Since then, he’s been trying to forget the fact that he failed to bring back all lives that Thanos erased. Thor started drinking beer almost every day until he gained so much weight.
Avengers-Level Cast Being Formed In Thor: Love and Thunder
Vin Diesel’s recent footage landing in Australia was just the beginning of what might be a star-studded movie. Apparently, Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie and Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster will also make their way to the film. Not just that, Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord will also be in Thor 4. Taika Waititi also confirmed that Korg will be included in the film. There are also rumors that Tom Hiddleston’s Loki might make his way to the big screen. It’s no secret that an alternate timeline version of Loki managed to escape using one of the infinity stones during Avengers: Endgame. It’s also believed that Loki’s spinoff series will connect directly to the events of Thor: Love and Thunder.
