I played a ton of halo 5 and I’m pretty sure the armor wasn’t this dull in that game. The model they used in siege looks like the models I see modders use when they mod a skin into a game without touching it up.
Just a straight port with bad meshes and an overall muddy look.

visors in siege in general don't look particularly great. you gotta remember this games 9 years old and whilst it has had improvements to the looks it's still an old game
That’s no excuse tho. Explain how they got master chiefs one dead on with reflectiveness and all. Then you see hers and it’s all muddy and shit. I think it’s just an issue of ubisofts laziness.
