China Wok

This is my go-to place for Chinese food. Food is always ready very quickly and is hot and fresh. The prices are reasonably low, especially when you factor in the large portion sizes. The pork lo mein, chicken and broccoli, and egg rolls are all stand-out items.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I haven't had Chinese food this good in awhile! The portions are generous and the food is flavorful and fresh and can't forget DELICIOUS 10/10 would recommend!!!!!! The kitchen was clean and the staff were nice and welcoming.Ordered a small wonton soup,crab Rangoon,sesame chicken with double shrimp fried rice,beef with mixed vegetables with double shrimp fried rice and it took only 10 MINUTES!

Got take out for 4 ppl. All of our entrees were extremely salty to the point that it was inedible! I thought It was just mine (shrimp and broccoli) but my husband said his general tso chicken was very salty too. My mother and children got lomein and shrimp w lobster sauce and they couldn't eat it.
We will never return. It is now 5 hours after eating and my ankles are swollen and I'm so dehydrated it's not even funny. Bad quality Sorry we give it a 2/10. NO thank you

upon walking up to the door first thing I noticed was how filthy the glass windows and door were. we walked in and immediately walked out after seeing the inside.

Good and quick service. Food is yummy! Probably the best takeout in the Hammond area!

Food was just thrown together and burned tasting the wings was the size of a happy meal nugget.

After moving to my college city, I had to leave my ole faithful hometown Chinese food restaurant behind. After eating at almost all the places Hammond has to offer, China Wok takes the bag! been coming here for about 5-6 years now (JESUS lol). I get the vegetable lo mein with crab wongoons almost every single time. Sometimes I switch it up with the fried rice, which is also great. There is plenty of parking and almost never a longer wait than 10-15 minutes from the time you complete your order. Staff is always friendly too! And the amount you get of noodles or rice is well worth the prices! You can eat on it for days

China Wok is a great place to grab some wonderful Chinese food on the go. The staff is friendly and the service was quick!

This has been my go-to Chinese food location for about 5 years. I usually call in my order and it's already ready at the given time. I've never had a complaint about many dishes I've tried. My favorite has to be the vegetable mei fun, I can order it nonstop and never get tired of it. I also think it's reasonably priced.

We ordered spring, shrimp, and pork rolls which were very hot, crispy, and tasty.
I'm so glad that they weren't the standard restaurant supply house frozen variety. These were home made!
The Mandarin chicken was more than generous, with yet another homemade sauce on top. So glad that it wasn't out of the jar!
The shrimp lo mein was also delicious and more than generous in size, as well.
We've found our go to take out Chinese, since China Lotus is now serving generic restaurant supply house food.
