We have just returned from a four night stay in Eurodisney.
Our party consisted of two adults and a four year old.
Having previously stayed in Disney hotels in Florida, we opted to do the same as the closeness and the advantage of early entry makes life so much easier.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and it’s very clean.
I can’t fault the staff, they were outstanding!
We opted for the half board meal package which was excellent value the food was fabulous and catered for every age and taste.

My disappointment was due to lack of facilities for children at the hotel. I understand that mostly the idea is to spend the day in the parks but if the weather is poor or you simply want to have a break from Disney the hotel has a pool and nothing else!
Considering there are over 1000 rooms, this can get busy on a wet day.

We had a two days of very poor weather so we only spent the mornings in the park. We used the pool but after that there was no where for our little one to play and nothing to play with other than the toys we took.

I made enquiries with the staff and I was told that there used to be a play area but it was now the merchandise shop and that they didn’t have any games but I could purchase them in the shop.

Also worth bearing in mind is that if you do return during the day the only place to eat is in the bar which serves baguettes and salads.

Considering the cost of staying at the hotel I expected a little bit more for children.

A beautiful hotel facing the lake (not all rooms are facing the lake).
The hotel was very recently renovated (1 or 2 years ago).
We took a compass club suite there, beautiful as well and everything was up to our expectations:
* Staff were very friendly and efficient.
* Breakfast in the compass lounge was great. In the lounge we also enjoyed the afternoon snacks (which were a bit dispappointing in terms of variety and taste, by the way).
