It’s was really a great experience

It’s was really great.
I have had skepticism about using your company ever again because of the horrible experience I had during Covid. However, came back last year and the experience was positive and decided to use it again this year.
Your customer support averted a would be incident of fraud that could have occurred to me, you are appreciated.

Very easy to book a flight and cheap of course.

One request: I got a call from cheapoair at 9:33PM CST asking about email and info for choosing a seat which I already chose during booking. The call was so late and it felt like a scammer and I didn’t provide any information

Best for booking flights online

Easy to find the best flight connections, choose the seat, add protection plan. I couldn't apply the promo code APRBIZ though. CheapOair website is a reliable online seller of international flights. I love it.

Way below average and not really…

Way below average and not really cheaper than the competition. I made reservations on the computer but the Cheapo phone app had no record of them. I received two phone calls from them ostensibly verifying my information but really trying to sell me add-ons I'd declined on line. Another call was received asking if I wanted to change flights to a cheaper one which turned out to be six hours longer. The callers had thick accents and were hard for me to understand.

Bad service with agents

Having issues with our seats, as they assigned our seats separated. For health reasons we need to travel together. We were told by one agent no seats available by another agent yes there are but u have to pay more. Ask to speak to a supervisor they said none available will call u in 24 to 48 hours but our flight is the next dat at 1pm.

They deserve zero star (Never use CheapOair)

They deserve zero star. They make you pay a lot for trying to cancel even if it is immediately after purchasing the ticket while in the ticket it is mentioned that it has free cancellation for 24 hours. So so disappointed. Don't ever use cheapOair while you have other trustworthy websites to book tickets from.

Free cancellation is the airline rules they follow, but as a travel agency we are not mandated by those rules, and it is mentioned in our terms and conditions. Unfortunately there was not booking details provided in this review so we are unable to locate and assist on this booking.

Valentina was awesome

Valentina was awesome! Helped us fix a problem with an existing reservation, worked to combine a complex itinerary with four different passengers and two different international cities all at a rate that was very competitive. If you want to use CheapOAir you want to call them and ask for Valentina!

The person who sold the ticket said no charges for making changes within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket.

The person who sold the ticket said I had 24 hours to make changes without penalty. Initial tikcet bought on 4/19/2024 at 6:31pm, the itinerary change was made on 4/21/2024 at 1:42 PM. It was before 24 hours and I was charged $84.43 "Post booking changes." The total price of the ticket was $472.15 plus travel insurance and it should have been $534.21. Instead, it was $618.64. It is wrong to advertise one thing and to bill another.

I received a phone call after booking which I don’t appreciate and your app will not take my passport number to issue me a boarding pass. What do I do?

Boarding passes are obtained on the airline website when you check in 24 hours before departure that is where you enter the passport number.

Paid checked baggage is not showing up…

Paid checked baggage is not showing up on my reservation.
I just spent 1 hr booking tickets for my family and when cheapoair sent me the initial link it showed me Air Canada will be allowing me 1 checked Baggage. After I did the payment I went on Air Canada and entered my booking reference and the baggage allowance promised to me in email is not there. So I called Air Canada and talked with a representative. He confirmed that NO baggage allowance is there and I'll have to pay if I checkin any baggage. I'm on call with cheapoair customer service person since last 2 hrs again. It is not her fault and we are trying to either add the baggage or cancel the ticket(it is less than 24 hrs so I can) and rebook it. What a waste of time and a headache for both me and the customer service person.
