Trustpilot is a very good possibility to look what other customers experienced. What was good, what was bad? Most reviewers explain their opinion very exactly. That was a lot of times very helpful to make my decision. And I am sure, it prevented me several times from making bad deals

I think trust pilot is a great platform to air your views, also a rating I did this morning about an experience I had over the phone with someone, I was able to undo how I behaved myself. Which will be read by those in question.

I must have given a lot of reviews on Trustpilot over time, and they are very easy to give. I always tend to look at reviews when buying an item online, but don't always think that they are giving an accurate review. I would like to think that the majority of reviews are accurate.

Bad Review Site
They do not check the authenticity of the website and let fake reviews take over the website.
One fake Crypto mining company had like above 4.0 rating which is good sign that it is trusted but it was not
Many other websites too follow the same malpractice But their so called "clever" technology removed genuine reviews instead of fake ones..
Don't Trust Trustpilot reviews. Anyone can easily manipulate their website and show that they have high ratings

I have always trusted Trustpilot
Mainly very often people are quick to criticise on the bad and not much of the good.
Trustpilot does both and of course the public will decide so they could either be safe or trust. Good job Trustpilot

I use Trustpilot to check a page when I'm not sure if it's trustworthy. I often read statements and comments to make the right decision. It really helps me make decisions. I recommend using it.

I had a very negative 1 star review disputed by the company I was desperate to warn others about not using, which they claimed contained harmful or illegal content.
An email informed me a member of the Trustpilot Content Integrity Team would assess the review and I was worried they would deny it being posted, even though I knew nothing was wrong with the review and felt it was the company's way of trying to block the review from being made public.
I am, however, really pleased that Trustpilot did see the integrity of my review and approved it. Thank you, I hope it saves others from using the company.

They are forever taking my reviews down regardless if I put my order number on the review. I then have to send trust pilot proof of purchase. I understand some people are divs and leave fake reviews but if I've put an order number there it's obvious I've purchased an item. Most people wouldn't bother sending proof so it makes me wonder how many genuine reviews they have removed.

Allways check ✅ Trustpilot they are very truthful and genuine.
Of course there maybe some bs involved but you can sort the weed from the grass.

Trustpilot removed my review of Cex.
They said I could attach a receipt, proving I was a genuine customer, I did so.
They've rejected the till receipt as it doesn't show my name or email address. I can't recall seeing my name or email address on a printed till receipt for any company.

it is the effort you take in follow up that is impressive. As indeed the quality of the product. However, the extra fee for delivery needs to be explained better, it was a waste for me.

I have just had a review taken down and after checking what you can and can’t say I see no reason for them doing this! So what is the point.I gave a major company a 1* obviously this isn’t allowed another 11% also gave the same but there reviews were the same as mine and are still there ?? I don’t understand obviously no freedom of speech allowed on this site 😢😢

Trustpilot is a scam. I reviewed a website a positive review and got my review removed. Provided the email of purchase that even had shiping date and my address but not good enough. They want conversation now. Seriously W T F. You buy, it's shipped, your receive items. Hardly going to have a conversation with them
