I called to inquire about wheelchair…

I called to inquire about wheelchair assistance for my disabled wife. Not only did Issac set that up, he got me a direct flight that had not been visible on my screen. He got us on our favorite airline at a time of day that works for us, and arranged for wheelchair assistance at both our departing and arriving airports. All I had to do was pay some bucks for the difference in the costs of the flight itself, which is not a problem for me. DELIGHTED WITH THE SERVICE!

Amazing and helpful Denzel!!

Definitely your representative! Denzel exemplified the best that any company may wish for: professionalism, expertise and, more importantly, the willingness and readiness to go that extra mile for your customer and help with my need!! We didn't see our son in more then 6 months and were so much looking forward to this trip to LA! But my mother took a fall and I had to stay with her!
Even though my request and unfortunately inability to travel due my 93 years old mom fall, came less than 24 hours before departure - he did his best and got a partial refund for me!

Smooth booking

It was easy to book
I was a bit surprised that I could have paid for the seat. And it was not ticketed at all until I got to the airport
If I wanted to get the ticket before that I would have to pay for it on line.

No big deal but surprising

I want to bring to your attention your…Lizette

I want to bring to your attention your agent Lizette. My travel companion and I made airline reservations with Lizette to travel from Houston, TX to Singapore and Hong Kong, returning back to TX. We are senior citizens and Lizette went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, very friendly and above all, she was very, very patient. Lizette is truly an asset to your organization and would be to any organization. Lizette will definitely be my go to person for travel.

Very very Disappointed!!!

I was booked with Air Nippon Airlines for flights March 28-April10,2024. I phoned them for preferred paid seats and name corrections.
I did not know I was talking through a third party (that was Aug., 14,2023). There were 6 people in our group.
Upon checking into our flights, NO preferred seats nor name corrections were reflected (both ways).
What a great disappointment!!! We were charged for nothing. When I called for a refund, they said I can only be refunded US$100.00 from US$530 I paid excluding name corrections. To return the $100, I was required to provide all my bank information!. Wondering why can't they send the refund the way I paid them with credit card? I do not want any further scams. Made us wonder how those 5 star ratings from people were derived.
Forget about that small refund they're offering!!!
I recommend walking away from CheapFlightsFares forever!!!

Good booking

I was able to book a business class flight to Europe at a good price. After submitting my purchase online, I received a call from an agent to verify my information. The ticket confirmation, including the airline locator code, was sent to me by the next day. This was the first time I had used this company, which I was referred to from a search on Kayak. Overall, it was a good experience.

The team tried their best to solve the…

The team tried their best to solve the problem I faced trying to change the name on my ticket. The airline was not responsive but the team did not give up until the name was corrected after 5 grueling days. Tristen and Charles were particularly very helpul.

Easy to understand 😌 I had options for…

Easy to understand 😌 I had options for my convenience in my travels. Cheapest fares compared to any other services. The itinerary is easy to read, it's clear to understand. I can breathe now, after so much time put forth in finding a flight within my budget.

sneaky fee

I was just trying to book a flight on Sun Country. Didn't know I was booking through a 3rd party until my credit card reported a $15 charge. I didn't see that charge coming at all. Also, I had selected to pay extra for carry-ons but for some reason that didn't go through and I don't have a reservation with carry-on now.

I booked my ticket with…

I booked my ticket with CheapFlightsFares; it was then confirmed. When I did not receive my ticket information I called and was told my departing flight was not available, then proceeded to offer me other flights with an upcharge in price. To leave when I wanted to leave was another $150; to get closer to original price I lost 1/2 day of my trip. Do not book a ticket without knowing it is available as they will not cancel your flight and WILL charge you more for the flight change. AND I will now have to also pay for my bag as well which was free the way I had booked it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS SITE.
