Worst customer service experience ever!
I had to purchases a new ticket for $2.2k at the airport from Delta for my wife as they did not correct the name that was caught the day before travel and they told me that they did. We were headed out of the country and had no choice than to purchase a new ticket. They told me they will refund the money for the one ticket but that was only half the balance of why I had to repurchase the ticket for and because I am questioning it they are now telling me that they need to wait for the check from Delta to pay them? Never ever heard of that. The customer service person argued with delta at the airport for 2 hours on the phone and when I tried to talk to them when I got to my destination they hung up on me. I would never ever use this company for a ticket. All this was on Christmas Day. They made my wife cry and the delta representative also cry with their bad and demeaning attitude and service. They ruined a trip for us that we looked forward to as we purchased these tickets in October. This company should not be in business! It says they are out of Minneapolis but no way to contact that office. No one will call me back when I asked to talk to a higher superior. I have all the emails and when I asked for the taped conversation I am not getting a response. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
