Worst customer service experience ever!

I had to purchases a new ticket for $2.2k at the airport from Delta for my wife as they did not correct the name that was caught the day before travel and they told me that they did. We were headed out of the country and had no choice than to purchase a new ticket. They told me they will refund the money for the one ticket but that was only half the balance of why I had to repurchase the ticket for and because I am questioning it they are now telling me that they need to wait for the check from Delta to pay them? Never ever heard of that. The customer service person argued with delta at the airport for 2 hours on the phone and when I tried to talk to them when I got to my destination they hung up on me. I would never ever use this company for a ticket. All this was on Christmas Day. They made my wife cry and the delta representative also cry with their bad and demeaning attitude and service. They ruined a trip for us that we looked forward to as we purchased these tickets in October. This company should not be in business! It says they are out of Minneapolis but no way to contact that office. No one will call me back when I asked to talk to a higher superior. I have all the emails and when I asked for the taped conversation I am not getting a response. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT PURCHASE A TICKET FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

cheapticketsdeal.com is not a scam, but rather legitimate and trustworthy company..... Visit them once apart Reviews You Will Really Love them and Their Customer Service is just Great

I was hesitant to book on this site as I’ve never heard of them before; however, my fears were unfounded. Dino was very helpful and I received my e-tickets as promised. The process was easy. After booking on the site they called to confirm the spelling of the name, dates etc. I received the e-tickets within 24 hrs as they promised which was fine because the trip is a couple months out. Will Suggest them to all my relatives and friends to get a great deal....... Thanks again Dino!

I booked a flight from 15 choices all…

I booked a flight from 15 choices all with same fare. I submitted it and confirmed it... they called back a day later telling me that I needed to pay $120 more in order for them to BOOK my flight... really!!!?!?!?! WTH...

Legit website

I am very pleased to say my interactions with Cheaptickets web-site and personnel has been excellent. I encountered a problem (unrelated to Cheaptickests) with ability process my reservation but the Cheapticket people were very helpful and patient. They were persistent in providing alternatives and extending the reservation until such time that I was able process the reservation. I will definitely be using Cheaptickts in the future.

Please avoid for your own good

Please avoid for your own good. Looks like a good chance I'll need to buy insanely expensive last minute tickets or miss work. No communication from this company on a flight booked a month ago unless you call, and customer service has been telling me everything will be fine in another day for 2 weeks. Any 'savings' aren't worth the stress and risk

I've been waiting over 8 1/2 months for…

I've been waiting over 8 1/2 months for a refund from an airline-cancelled flight which (I have confirmed) was paid out by the airline back to this company sveeral months ago. Cheapticketsdeal have essentially stolen my refund from the airline (around £1000!). Buyer beware: If you buy a ticket through them and anything goes wrong you will lose all your money.

Scam company!

I booked 5 tickets on line, got a confirmation number and later received an email with not only this website's confirmation, but also United Airlines confirmation number.
In about 10 minutes after that I'm getting a call from them saying that I have to pay additional $300. When I asked to connect me with the manager, the person I talked to cancelled my trip WITHOUT my permission.
Unbelievable!!! to say the least.
What a scam website!

Theft, pure and simple

These guys have stolen our money that we put with them. We were told (in writing) that our credit due to Covid was extended until the end of 2022 and then when we tried to rebook, they told us it wasn't! And that their supplier kept their money. We're trying to pursue legal action against them at the moment but they are crooks, pure and simple. Don't do business with thieves.

Stay clear - Lost money, no commhnication

Flights were cancelled and cheaptickets deal did not tell me, (nor did the airline). I had to call up 12 hours before to check, to be told, all flights are cancelled and that I should have known, but after 2 hours, I did manage to Convince them to send me an email the following day explaining the flight had been cancelled. I am now going round in circles trying to get a refund (1 month on) with them asking me to speak to the airline who won’t speak to me because Cheapticketsdeal are the Third party broker.

I dont want to give any stars

I dont want to give any stars. This company has had my £1350 for over a year following cancellation of my flights due to COVID last year. British Airways confirmed nearly a year ago that the funds were back with CheapTicketsDeal nearly a year ago and i have been chasing since. You can only use the service number or E Mail address an get told the same thing over and over again, there is no escalation process, no complaints process and you cant be through to anyone, so it is a constant cycle of calling, emailing and being ignored. The call centre staff should be ashamed of the lies they tell, I don't know how they sleep. I like many others will not give up

Don’t trust any positive reviews

Don’t trust any positive reviews, they are bots. All one star reviews reporting that this is a scam are true! I found out they cancelled my flight reservation the day before my flight. I found a ticket for the same flight on another flight booking website (flighthub - totally legit) and had to pay 3 times more to get on that flight - mind you, flight was never cancelled, Cheapticketsdeal.com just cancelled my reservation without ever notifying me. After I reported this as dispute on my credit card since they cancelled my reservation and never refunded me, I realized they are totally a scam because the company comes up on my credit card statement as some shell name, not as CheapTicketsDeal. When I bought flight through FlightHub.com it comes up as that company name on my credit card statement. That’s how you know CheapTicketsDeal is not a real company

this website is a total scam!!

this website is a total scam!!! I booked my flight and got a confirmation number a week ago....

Today they send an email asking if I could send a picture of my credit card!!! Whaaat? I decided to call and check what was the deal so this asian guy was trying to tell me it’s about “recent fraudulent customers” and bc they wanted to make sure bla bla bla... after sending proof of everything they where trying to charge double of what I paid the first time.... they send a cancellation email but still not very comfortable with this company at all!!!

Absolutely do not book through here. They significantly overcharged for base fare and then refused to refund me the full amount of my money, so I'm submitted a claim to BBB and filing a dispute with my bank.

SCAM - do not use

Do not use this company, it is a complete scam. I've been trying to receive a refund on a cancelled flight from over 9 months ago. I call multiple times per week, every single week, and I'm given a different lie every time I call, no matter who I speak to. I still have no refund. I've had to get my lawyer involved.

Scam! Please avoid unless you want to lose your money

If I could I would give 0 stars. Cheapticketsdeal is basically pure scam and a the most dishonest company I've dealt with.
They owe us over £1,600 for credit from tickets that got cancelled during Covid and we have never been able to re-book to new flights (even if our credit is valid until Dec'22) or got a refund. After chasing them via phone and many emails (which 99% of the time got ignored) they replied that we should ask for the money back to their supplier! Even if we have never had any contacts or done any transaction with their supplier! Their Customer Service and Concerns Team have no process and no training at all on how to deal with complains or they are simply told to ignore customer complains. I'm now in the middle of a legal action process with the small claims court in the UK and I will also contact Skyscanner and Kayak to share the legal case, to try to stop this scammers from listing in global travel comparison sites and to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap.

Please Heed THE WARNING stay far far…

Please Heed THE WARNING stay far far away from this scam company. They are as everyone states, predatory, full of false advertising and so very sketchy. I'm embarrassed I was caught by this deal and agree, no$40 savings is worth the amount of stress they've caused me.
Tried purchasing tickets online 4 days ago every day I called in because I only had their own fake confirmation number and not a legitimate ticket I called the airline Aeromexico and try to find out if I had legitimately been given the seat and they had never heard of me. Cheaptickets company kept saying to me oh we need to validate your ticket it takes a while though it's Saturday will you have to call back tomorrow, tomorrow morning we promise it will be there. Every day it was the same thing call back the next day, they never had the tickets or an acknowledgement or anything.
Very shady dealings very unhappy with the service. I am currently dealing with my credit card company and with this company to make sure I get a full refund.
Please go anywhere else!!

It's a scam they take your money off you find out at the airport that your flight is cancelled then u ask for a refund its been 8 months we are waiting and everytime I call and get the same response the end of next week all will be sorted =(

Highly Rude, Unprofessional Staff

All of the staffs except for supervisors are highly unprofessional. They believe they can talk down on the paying customers. Yes, they do have best deals; however, no one should not be tolerated to be spoken by highly rude staffs. This immigrant lady believe I called her a b**** when I said “I don't understand the f*** you’re saying" because her explanation does not make sense whatsoever and can't understand the words she is saying from raising her voice at me with strong accent. She need to get her fact straight because I know what the heck I said to her. This company is nothing but so much grief. On top of that, their own website is not up-to-date with their current prices; so, they had to cancel my reservation. All they give me a stupid excuses when I know for a fact that other travel agencies’ websites are up to speed with updates. They need to be trained professionally instead of pushing all the paying customers away. I won’t be surprise this company get rated low and lose their investments into this company from low life staff. I will definitely go look into other websites, who are spoken to customers with respect and professionally.
