Detailed Reviews
The most important advantages of this hotel are its convenient location, friendly staff and varied food. It is a great place for active tourists and animals lovers as you just need to cross a pavement to get to the beach where you can relax and feed cute dogs and cats which are taken care after by all the locals and visitors. You can also take a few minutes walk to get into a small bazaar or one of two marinas with posh shops. There are also two markets ( Migros and Sok) in case you need to buy good Turkish tea or soap and take it home.
As Bodrum peninsula is full of beautiful places, you can order a daily trip or a boat trip directly from a stand in a bazaar, order online or ask someone from the staff to help you.
When you get back, a delicious meal is going to wait for you. The hotel offers a variety of meat, fish, fresh and cooked vegetables, unlimited water, tea, coffee. As I don't drink much alcohol, I can't write much about drinks but local beer Efes was nice.
The only disadvantages for me was coffee from a poor coffee machine and too much rubbish left near at the beach but it is cleaned up regularly. Some travellers may find a nearby mosque a bit disturbing as the sound starts there at about 5 am.
I arrived there in September and there was hardly any need to use air conditioning. The nights were cool and the sea slightly chilly but it is a great ides for those who are unable to endure severe heatwaves. The beach was almost empty at breakfast time and swimming in the morning was a beautiful experience to heal both my mind and my skin. Also, I met very nice people in Turgutreis and I am going back there next year.

This hotel is clean and with absolutely amazing and friendly staff especially at the restaurant. The food is not gourmet food but it depends how much you pay for yourall inclusivedeal..if it's so gourmet you will have the big chance to get fat anyway. The location is great and the beach and the swimming pool too...internet is only at reception which is fine but 50% of the time the reception staff have to help you to connect. They were doing it anyway easily. The musk is close so will wake you up every morning unless you are deadly asleep. Overall it was all good and many regards to the friendly staff from the restaurant. Sash and friends.

Had an excellent holiday at this hotel in May 2022. The reception speak English well, the staff only have a small command of English but it’s quite easy to be understood. This is a clean but basic hotel which is reflected in the price, the food is eatable if not exciting. Staff are very helpful but remember if you are pleasant with them they will respond accordingly. It is very central to shops, restaurants, bars, and beach. I will be returning in the autumn. My only problem occasionally was the awful jazz music played all day, but after talking to reception it was curtailed drastically.

First of all, you clearly feel that they are using the advantage of the location. Because everything else is old or incomplete. Although there seems to be a lot of variety in the meals, you need to eat to fill your stomach in general, their taste is close to zero. There is always turkey and chicken, salad ingredients are not clean enough. Everyday they offer the same foods in different ways. The rooms are quite big but everything is so old that you either feel the wires in your bed or your bathroom is from years ago. As for beach towels, the towels are can be black stained, often with holes big enough to stick your hand in. Bath towels are hard like a paper bag. There is neither a small shampoo, soap nor an additional personal care product in the rooms. No additional blankets, pillows or piqués in the lockers. When you ask for it, it's up to your luck what condition the pique is in, we came across a normal one and a huge mold stained one. Mini refrigerators are awful, can be better if you keep your drinks outside of it. Even if there are 3 people or 33 people in the pool area, they play music so loud regardless of age group or style, even though their names are "spa and wellness". Since the season is not fully opened, the sun loungers were not placed well, there were no cushions or plastic coffee tables. No one cleans the used sun loungers. Staff were generally good, trying to be helpful. But physically the hotel's deficiencies are so many that your expectation of 4 star is actually totally destroyed. Adding the road constructions around the hotel, which is currently ongoing, it is also a huge problem to reach the hotel by car. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going again.

Just Returned. We booked 3 rooms with a garden view but were given 2 rooms with concrete walls facing the balcony and there wasn’t a 3rd room available for my daughter and her son they were sent to another hotel for 2 nights, NOT ideal. We paid for 3 rooms with 3 beds in each room. One room wasn’t big enough to accommodate the extra bed. Shower cubicle in one room needed replacing it was dropping to bits. When we arrived no towels in the room had to request them the next day, This happened quite frequently. Bed linen is old with holes in sheets and was only changed once in two weeks, I don’t think my husbands was changed at all. Biscuits, crisp and sweets went missing from our room the same thing was happening in both my daughters rooms even a child’s pair of socks. Reported to reception twice but it was still happening up to the day we handed keys in. Restaurant and bar staff were brilliant very friendly and helpful as were the guys round the pool. The location is spot on very close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

Got to hotel and paid extra for a balcony room with sea view. Was taken to our room they take your luggage for you then stand and wait for a tip.this could become expensive when being moved 3 times.
1st room no balcony size of a shoebox and curtains hanging off.
2nd room boy came took our luggage again to a room below pool level and with a massive tree taking up the whole terrace so you couldn't even sit there.
3rd time sort of lucky. Peeling walks one chair alone on balcony bathroom flaky and mouldy. Then electricity wasn't working so had to call reception that was a Misson as hotel doesn't cater for English just Russian and German. No English speaking staff! The matinance man came and hit the fuse box twice so we had to do this every time we came in to the room my daughter would get on a chair and bang the fuse box so we could have electricity.
The food was disgusting. We had to borrow money to eat out every night and buy cereal for the room.
I asked for water ,aqua at the bar and no understand ? Tea coffee chocolate was my answer so yet again went and bought some.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE. If english it will spoil your holiday.theres nicer hotels in the area. The only good thing about this hotel is location. But it needs to cater for english and have a room revamp.

Awfully loud area. If you're looking rest and peace- forget about it. Disco music in pool and eating area, even you can hear it on the beach from 10 am until 23 or 24 pm.
Sink was blocked. Needed 3 days to get it sorted.
NO wi fi in rooms! Very poor connection in reception, eating area.
Not great food selection. Rooms very poor.
Disappointed.no relax at all.

Booked for a week all inclusive through Love Holidays and arrived to be told hotel fully booked. I was confused as I paid for a room but our name wasn’t on the reservation list. We were put up in a small room in an alternative which it turns out is where most of the staff lived. All staff I spoke to in original hotel were rude, no manager was available to speak to and when I returned on several occasions to see if there was a room free yet, I was told to just stay where we were. Would never recommend Love Holidays or this place to anyone

+1
i have to be honest nothing good in regards to this stay - ourselves arrived late greeted as usual no show around hotel (self knows knowledge basis) room was completely off to what it describes to be as a *family room* in fridge on welcome were 2 small waters for 4 people when arrived at 1AM turkey time - fold out bed felt like sleeping on springs for 12 nights and when repeatedly asked for extra cover for it, it was never resolved but mentioned several of times (flat screen tv) wouldn’t be even be classes as one - the smell was horrific had issues with shower drain being blocked (luckily this was sorted but happened everyday) room ceiling looks like it has been really damp before and not resolved as an all inclusive this was barely that. 5 options for dishes *lunch and dinner* breakfast repeated with eggs and bread.
cables hanging out in elevator fixed with black tape and things falling apart everywhere. dogs and cats do run around the outdoor bits of the hotel which should be mentioned (not dangerous)
only good thing with our stay was being directly on the strip and having everything near by so eating out or having a nightly walk and drink wasn’t a problem.

Molds and very dirty children's mattress. Moldy bathroom. The food was below average. The staff (waiters and cooks) filmed and mocked the guests during lunch. Beach was dirty and full of cigarettes butts. Terrible hotel, do not recommend to anyone.

There were 2 disability rooms in the section I stayed but I had to be moved due to roaches after complaining about them and poor state of my room, to be honest the pathway outside without lighting and full of holes. Reception staff are good and will try and help you but there is only so much they can do,
All ground floor rooms are away from bar serving hatch, when I stayed I paid for garden view and was put down an alley way with holes in paving. In fact after after a fight (see my review) I was awarded a sum of money back as the hotel was so bad. Balcony's are very small and my first room so called balcony was used by cats as a regular litter tray. Hope your stay is better than ours turned out to be hotel wise. Sultan bar, Red Lion and Target bar all good places outside hotel. Most staff are great shame about hotel.
Hi dear guest iit is possible ground floor rooms. I need your name and surname and holiday peiod please. Thank you.
Thank you Mr. & Mrs North. . We would be happy to welcome you again as our guest any time soon.
Best Regards,
