Mildred Thomas started Thomas Realty in 1962. Mrs. Thomas was one of the first women in the state to be in the real estate business and she quickly set out to make her mark. In fact, she sold the parcel of land on which the first condominium was built in this area. In 1979, her son, Hank took over the business, maintaining a strong commitment to clients, employees and community. Before long, we diversified the business and began offering vacation rentals – providing visitors from across the nation a little piece of North Myrtle Beach during their stay. Today, Thomas Beach Vacations has approximately 420 homes, villas and condominiums on the vacation rental program.
