Staff was so friendly & flight boarded efficiently & ran on time (even a little early!)

Cons: "Your premium seating snack were dry and boring. Second leg from Seattle to.Vancouver I was charged for free drinks, snack. Then flight was barely 35 mins, waste of money and looked no different from basic seating"
Pros: "Crew was great, plane was very clean, seat did not recline that easily but no one was next to me so I cant complain."
Cons: "They changed my gate, and I almost didnt make it and it was a little hard getting to my gate as I had quite a distance to walk to that gate. I didn't see the message from Alaska until they were boarding. Walked from C17, which my ticket said to the changed gate D4."
Pros: "Debbie was the flight attendant that covered my area and she was extremely prefessional and attentive from the minute I arrived until I left. Often checking in on me to see how I was doing. I had started to get a migraine upon boarding the aircraft. This made me feel cared for and not alone being a solo traveller. I was most appreciative or her compassion and kindness. Thank you, Debbie!!"

Everything went well with the flight. But one of the flight attendants had on inappropriate pants. She had on an old worn out pair of sweat pants. The back seam was unrivaled and should not have been worn for work. If I had not seen her in the airport with the standard type of luggage, I certainly would not have thought she was working for Delta. Not a good look at all for representation.
The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied
Had mechanical issues with A/C, caused significant delay and had to move gates - different concourses.
Pros: "Crew was friendly and efficient. The flight got in slightly early. Baggage was swiftly delivered after our arrival."
Cons: "Very little legroom. I would have appreciated a small lunch item, beyond a tiny bag of almonds or two small cookies. But this is where we are these days with air travel."

Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."

No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.

Cons: "When transferring our luggage from the flight from Panama, we had to walk all the way to the entrance of the airport as if we had just arrived there instead of being able to transfer the luggage directly. This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. When we finally got to the counter, the woman there gave confusing instructions and was incredibly rude to us. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."
Pros: "This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile."
Cons: "When we landed in Columbus we were stuck on the plane for almost a half hour because there were issues with the walking bridge. This was annoying."
Cons: "Given that the airline tickets were purchased together many months ago, it would have been nice if we - husband and wife - would have had side-by-side seating. In the computer age of 2018, that cannot be very difficult to orchestrate."

Pros: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
