Staff was so friendly & flight boarded efficiently & ran on time (even a little early!)

My first time with Ak. Air, but not my last. Very pleased with the entire process. Smooth, comfortable, efficient. Thank you. Bob

Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "Frustrating having to wait over an hour to get to the gate"
Pros: "Smooth boarding, nice flight (even with the short delay after boarding), smooth landing. I’d fly Aur Alaska again!"
Cons: "Nothing."
Cons: "Your premium seating snack were dry and boring. Second leg from Seattle to.Vancouver I was charged for free drinks, snack. Then flight was barely 35 mins, waste of money and looked no different from basic seating"
Pros: "Crew was great, plane was very clean, seat did not recline that easily but no one was next to me so I cant complain."
Cons: "They changed my gate, and I almost didnt make it and it was a little hard getting to my gate as I had quite a distance to walk to that gate. I didn't see the message from Alaska until they were boarding. Walked from C17, which my ticket said to the changed gate D4."
Pros: "Debbie was the flight attendant that covered my area and she was extremely prefessional and attentive from the minute I arrived until I left. Often checking in on me to see how I was doing. I had started to get a migraine upon boarding the aircraft. This made me feel cared for and not alone being a solo traveller. I was most appreciative or her compassion and kindness. Thank you, Debbie!!"
Pros: "Comfortable, smooth flight"
Cons: "A bag was lost despite being checked in at the same time as two others on a direct flight."
Pros: "decent leg room and the headrest could bend to allow you to sleep upright."

Everything went well with the flight. But one of the flight attendants had on inappropriate pants. She had on an old worn out pair of sweat pants. The back seam was unrivaled and should not have been worn for work. If I had not seen her in the airport with the standard type of luggage, I certainly would not have thought she was working for Delta. Not a good look at all for representation.

The plane was one hour late cause they were doing some reparations with us on the plane no mention I was in the first seat and the door was open the entire time with 8 degrees! The plane was totally dirty no mention old ! The staff was nice but no put together, the attention to details and passenger experience is missing and i always travel first !!! Is better the lounge than the plane! KLM/air France every details is taken care maybe you need a creative creator or experience client need asap was terrible and not memorable for the price that I payed very dissatisfied

Had mechanical issues with A/C, caused significant delay and had to move gates - different concourses.

Pros: "Crew was friendly and efficient. The flight got in slightly early. Baggage was swiftly delivered after our arrival."
Cons: "Very little legroom. I would have appreciated a small lunch item, beyond a tiny bag of almonds or two small cookies. But this is where we are these days with air travel."
Pros: "The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating."
Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."
Cons: "Even the baggage was quick (highly unusual for Columbus, Ohio)! Everything went smoothly."
Pros: "Although the weather was sketchy and the flight was delayed about 2 hours, the actual flight was much smoother than forecasted."
Cons: "First time I've experienced a boarding procedure that seemed disorganized."
Pros: "Immagration was fast and organized didn't take long to move through customs. Quick and smooth"
Pros: "Crew was great"
Cons: "Absolutely no entertainment for a flight that had way more people than my first one. Food options were horrible!"
Cons: "It was a late flight and didn't see the flight crew much at all"

No service due to turbulence. No entertainment on this type of aircraft. But nice old comfortable seats.

Cons: "If they can’t serve beverages. Can we be allowed o e water bottle through security?"
Pros: "The fly was on time"
Cons: "No social distance has been practiced by AA very sad"
Cons: "The crew was rude, we left over an hour late due to human error, there was no food for sale and the internet was down"
Cons: "i was on a commuter jet for 2 1/2 hours which was cramped and uncomfortable. no wifi or any entertainment. we sat on the tarmac when we landed for approximately 10 minutes even though we were not early."
Pros: "Flight was mostly empty and it’s a short trip."
Cons: "Super hot inside the cabin and little we could do to lower the temp"
Pros: "The 2 flight attendants who continued to work this flight were amazing. The gate agent in Phoenix was also great."
Cons: "7 hour delay initially because of a mechanical problem, but massively exacerbated by an inability to find crew. Disappointing...."
Cons: "My seat was disgusting when I went to sit in it. Then I discovered the seat was broken. 24A"
Cons: "Plane was too warm during flight. Aisle is narrow, seats are semi-hard. Lav needed attention (ran out of towels)."
Pros: "Plane on time"
Cons: "Newark airport security was awful. Only one X-ray security area. Small tight area. No air. Security/TSA kept blaming the customer’s for the slowness. When is lack of X-ray and machines."
Cons: "Seats were too small; my knees were always against the seat in front of me. Take-off from Dulles was extremely rough. The landing wasn't much better."
Cons: "When transferring our luggage from the flight from Panama, we had to walk all the way to the entrance of the airport as if we had just arrived there instead of being able to transfer the luggage directly. This was not communicated, and we ended up walking around a lot and having to ask at the info desk. When we finally got to the counter, the woman there gave confusing instructions and was incredibly rude to us. As for entertainment on the flight, we couldn't do anything without the app, which you have to get before you're on the plane. Boo."
Pros: "This was my first experience flying United. The staff and pilot were friendly even though everyone seemed grumpy and tired. There was a poor baby that cried almost the whole flight-I get it, I was tired and wanted to cry too...ha! They handled everyone with patience and a smile."
Cons: "When we landed in Columbus we were stuck on the plane for almost a half hour because there were issues with the walking bridge. This was annoying."
Cons: "Given that the airline tickets were purchased together many months ago, it would have been nice if we - husband and wife - would have had side-by-side seating. In the computer age of 2018, that cannot be very difficult to orchestrate."
Cons: "This airline is never on time. Their employees are rude and unhelpful. Planes were dirty! I won’t fly them again"
Pros: "Flight on time, good polite service. Ground crew helped me check in again after the flight from Europe and find my way around O'Hare."
Cons: "Delayed for an hour, sitting on plane. Not enough leg room."
Pros: "Coffee was delicious. No imagination with the snack of pretzels."
Pros: "For the first time I did not fly on a puddle jumper. Not only was it a real jet, it had good seat comfort and leg room even in economy class. The crew was friendly and attentive. They came by with offerings of water at least 4 times for a 2+ hour flight. Contrast that with my last two 5 hour flights on Virgin and American where they came by with water — ONCE. WiFi wasn’t working for either flight and of course the lack of decent food is discouraging. The coffee has improved which is a plus. Overall, good job, United! Nice not to be jammed in like sardines for once."
Cons: "WiFi wasn’t working and food selection is non existent. Other than that, a very pleasant flight overall."

They pressure me buy a new ticket, but I was buy a for both I'm not happy

Cons: "They will hound you to spend more and treat you like cattle."
Cons: "We tried to leave on Thursday the flight was cancelled another flight was on Friday but it was full so we didn’t even get to take a flight...Hopefully I can get my refund for my tickets so I can take another vacation."
Cons: "More staff. Plane delayed. Line to get bag tag was not clearly marked, self tagging did not save me anytime. Security agent was rude. No place to sit in gate area. No snacks or beverages. Seats very uncomfortable. Luggage too a long time to arrive."
Pros: "Take off ,landing"
Cons: "Ac not working on the plane the hole trip it was hot"
Pros: "Price only when you don’t need to pack a bag."
Cons: "Chairs. Extremely uncomfortable to the point of prohibiting future consideration"
Pros: "Got on the plane in a good time due to staff in mco"
Cons: "Flight attendants rushed to board and airport workers were still picking up trash so it held up a line and one of attendants was rude and had a smirky attitude but overall it was a good flight."
Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Chairs don’t have foot recline no blankets or pillows offered ... late flight compared to the time advertised"
Pros: "Awesome flight ✈️ etc. never have flown Spirit and pleasantly surprised!!!"
Pros: "I didn’t die."
Cons: "Flight delayed over an hour because of a “technical issue” Communication surrounding that was poor. Bathroom sink was leaking."
