This app is typical "pretty to look at" but actual functionality is horrible. First off it has two "American" categories without identifying which is US or Minor Islands so it is a game to apply either or till correct is seen in next screen. Then, cannot even get past the passport verification, a perfect picture dozens of times still yields incomplete auto-fill and failure to verify. To top it off, cannot go back to main menu after info inputed so had to uninstall.

The UI/UX is very sleek and presentable. Initially, the app was having trouble even registering my account but the process seems to have improved now a couple of days later. But I digress. I can access my National ID using this app, and that's what I originally came for and got it as expected — albeit its only digital and can't be printed. Hopefully, this becomes an app that is widely used for its functions and not become yet another app just for one use case. Over n' out.

Thanks for the 5 stars and honest feedback! Glad you love the UI/UX and can now access your National ID. We're constantly improving the registration process. While printing IDs isn't available yet, we're working on expanding functionalities! Stay tuned!

The app itself is very much impressive. Kudos to your developers. It looks very nice, its responsiveness on every options you selected are extremely fast, one of the best user interface, and you won't get lost on the app because it looks very neat, organized and user friendly. Although I'm optimistic and hoping that you'll be consistent on taking care of your invention/creation. Not just good at the start, but sucks or neglected it later on.
