U2 and the women in their lives
Adam Clayton is the last member of U2 to settle down.
Despite being engaged to supermodel Naomi Campbell in the 1990s, the 53-year-old never married until today. He was widely rumoured to marry girlfriend of four years, Brazilian Mariana Teixeira in the South of France, but the couple stole a march on everyone by marrying in Dublin, two days after attending the funeral of Seamus Heaney.
His bandmates have all been in long-term relationships for many decade.
Bono married Ali Stewart in Dublin 32 years ago, on 21 August 1982, in a Church of Ireland ceremony in Raheny, north Dublin.
The couple who could not afford a honeymoon, were given a holiday at the Goldeneye Estate in Jamacia by Island record boss Chris Blackwell.
She and Bono have two grown daughters, Jordan, 24 and Eve, almost 22, and two younger sons, Elijah, 13 and John, 12.
The following year The Edge married his school girlfriend Aislinn O'Sullivan. They have three daughters together; Hollie (29), Arran (28) and Blue Angel (24). The couple separated in the early 1990s, and divorced in 1996.
In July 2002 The Edge married Morleigh Steinberg, a professional dancer from New York who toured with U2, in a ceremony in the South of France near his summer home in Eze-sur-Mer, attended by all his bandmates and friends including Sharon Corr. The couple have a son Levi (14) and daughter Sian (16).
Drummer Larry Mullen has been in a long term relationship with his partner Anne Acheson since they were teenagers in Mount Temple. The couple who live in Howth are believed to have never married, but have three children Aaron Elvis (18) Ava (15) and Ezra (12).
