She also shared that his struggle had been very difficult, especially in the latter stages, and that you had loyally been there with him through it all. Marie - I was saddened to hear that Ed has passed away. He was such a kind and caring gentleman, with a wonderful sense of humor. Please know that you, your family (especially Josee), are in my thoughts and prayers at this time.

We were sorry to hear of Ed's death. I have known Ed since Greade 10 at QEH. When I got involved with the Stationery Trade I was plesently sruprised to met Ed again. He was always a gentleman and leaves many friends in the trade who will miss him.

Marie, I was so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. Ed was truly a wonderful, cheeerful person who I always looked forward to seeing. He was such a willing and dependable volunteer and I was so touched last year when he came in to visit us. He will be missed by many, but especially by you. You were such a couple. May your memories of those lovely years together be a comfort.
