Central Bank of the Midwest is competitive with the market
There is limited training for the software and lending products. No defined policies and procedures you have to learn the system by trial and error. The benefits were standard for the industry.

Super heavy on sales
Not a good company to work for. Require you to make outbound sales calls to customer throughout the day and come in after hours periodically to make outbound sales calls to customers.

Low paying sales job
Expect to have high sales goals with minimal compensation. Employees must be prepared for a high level of responsibility however, sales is the name of the game. You must make regular phone calls to customers to attempt to sell them products.

Productive and nice, easy-going workplace.
A great place to work at, good schedule with holidays off, Co-workers are nice but some think they have control over you. Good benefits and flexible time off as needed. Over-all not enough pay.
