Important win 'psychologically' - Rodgers
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers tells BBC Scotland: "It's a very important win. I think the players responded magnificently second half. We started with a bit of anxiety. We weren't really at the level and we go behind from a throw-in, which is disappointing.
"We had to show our mentality and belief as a team and that's what we said at half-time. We ran out deserved winners in the second half.
"We needed more from the front area of the pitch. This is a game where we needed someone who can run in behind and set the game up for us. Adam [Idah] scores a great header, I'm so pleased for the players.
"We get paid to make the decisions and hope the guys off the bench can make that impact. Yang [Hyun-jun] gave us good width and Luis Palma gets in at the back post.
"The key thing for us is to stay together. It's still a long way out, even if we draw the game today. Four points isn't a lot in my experience. Four points would have been nothing, but it was important for us to get the win today psychologically.
"There's a story being written about this club, but we will write our own story."

Kettlewell bemoans lapse in 'concentration'
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "We're not here to just try and secure a point. It maybe looks like that when we try and drop off in the second half.
"I'm so frustrated with the second goal. It's something we work on constantly. One moment of miscommunication and following the ball and [Adam] Idah scores the second goal.
"For 94 minutes I thought we were bang at it. The narrative will be that Celtic have come and turned us over but that's anything but what I saw in the game.
"I think we possibly could have been further ahead in the first half. We came up short with our concentration yet again.
"There's no mitigating circumstances. We work hard every day to become better. The gulf between the clubs are enormous. I don't think you saw that today, but that's me just trying to soften the blow of a what ends up a 3-1 defeat."

Manager reaction on the way...
'Motherwell not used to winning games'
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Stephen Craigan
Former Motherwell captain on BBC Sportsound
Anyone of a Motherwell persuasion knows you can't get too carried away.
This is a side that have won two out of 23 in the league. They're not used to winning games.
There's something functionally not right with them if you can't win more games.
Sore one for Motherwell
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
It seems a long time ago that Motherwell were leading Celtic but it was really just around an hour ago.
Blair Spittal put them in front in the first half and though they were pegged back, they ran Celtic close.
It was clear they were tiring as the visitors pushed late on and ultimately the could not hold on.
'This is what champions do'
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Stephen Craigan
Former Motherwell captain on BBC Sportsound
This is what champions do. Celtic have done this time and time again.
But I do think if Celtic are to win the league - which is obviously what they want to do - they have to be better from the off.
Comeback kings
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Celtic have rescued 10 points from losing positions in the Scottish Premiership this season.
The only team to have won more after trailing in the game? That'd be the victims of today's comeback, Motherwell (11).
Palma has the final say
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
After taking the lead in added time, Celtic still had time to score a third through Luis Palma.
'Celtic finally show fight'
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Pat Bonner
Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound
Celtic got the goals that they desperately wanted at the end, but they had to work for it.
They showed fight, which I think was lacking in the first half.
The reaction of the fans will give the players a boost. They're still in this title race.
Celtic leave it late again
FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Celtic have scored 21 goals in the last 15 minutes of the second half, more than any other team in the Scottish Premiership this season.
In a title race at tight at this, the ability to strike late could prove crucial.

FT: Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Here's the Scottish Premiership table at the conclusion of this weekend's fixtures.
Rangers lead Celtic by two points at the top, while Motherwell remain ninth, four points above the relegation play-off spot and six points off the top six.
FULL-TIME Motherwell 1-3 Celtic
Celtic got the three points they came for and return to within two points of Scottish Premiership leaders Rangers.
They trailed 1-0 at the break but Adam Idah's double and a late strike by fellow substitute Luis Palma got them back to winning ways in the league after drawing last weekend.
