My daughter surprised me with a cooking class for making sushi. It was fun to do a mother daughter cooking class together.

We went to the wood-fired pizza class. It was very informative. We made our own pizza dough, made fresh mozzarella from cheese curds, they demonstrated making pizza sauce, and then everyone could essentially make as many pizzas as they wanted. They also talked about how to do it at home with an oven. The food was outstanding! It would make a great date night and we were glad we spent an evening of our trip at their class.
Grab your significant other and try one of the "Date Night" events. It is a really fun experience to learn some techniques. I was a beginner and my wife an expert, but we both learned and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. And had a great meal made by our own hands!
I travel internationally for work, so we come here from time to time when the stars align and my schedule in town coincides with a date night cooking class they've scheduled has a menu I want to learn.
Wine pairings are usually interesting and ample. The lessons are engaging and fun. We like to do these date night cooking classes and demos all over the world. I've been to a few that were better, or lower priced, but in Denver, Cook Street is my go to for this.
We had so much fun and learned some great techniques from Renu and Barb. It was a 'try it to see how you like it' kind of deal...and we loved it!
Thank you so much for your review and we hope to see you in our kitchen soon!!
