I find the prices reasonable considering the excellent quality and condition of the items I have purchased. I don't have a single music preference. I listen to and collect music CDs of different types of music except classics or opera because I don't know anything about them. Nowadays I am into Flamenco and will be looking for CDs featuring this type of music. What do you have?

Well, so far, so good, CDU has a great selection, as I'm looking for older titles it does come as a shock I've been able to find so many. I'll have an update when they come in, but I'm looking forward to re-experiencing my earlier memories again.

Glad to see I can still find albums. Lately streaming has made alot of great music un obtainable in a physical format that can't be changed or deleted from history. I'm happy to see that this site is doing its best to create a supply for collectors demand and supporting the economy. Ps. I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. I had a problem with UPS losing my order & CD Universe replaced it immediately. You can actually talk to a person about any issues or if you just need help. They listen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This company is so efficient it is a pleasure to deal with them. They deal with any issues that happen because of manufacturers flaws in a supper time scales great selection of dvds to choose from. Delivery time lag is no problem takes around 2weeks to get to the UK. It's a pleasure to deal with them I wish UK companies were as efficient. Thaaaanks again will continue dealing with them.

Hi ! Cd Universe has always been a reliable music purchasing choice.
They have a very large music catalog to find what you are looking for, and can most always ship very quickly.
Problems don't often occur but if , say , you are buying a Vinyl LP and it arrives with a problem such as warpage, they ship you out a new copy with no hassles. I have kept them as a main source for music for years !

Excellent customer service. Their shipments are always on time and packaged carefully unlike some of their competitors. They carry a wide variety of items. What is really outstanding is they carry a wide variety of older music and DVDs. They're constantly getting remastered older television and movies. There also on top of and up-to-date with the current movies in the theater. Their music selection is outstanding they have both CD and album. Any problems you have are instantly fixed. I have never had any problems with this Company as far as customer service or product availability. This is the only company to buy Music DVDs and other items. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market. They should look at the variety of items they have.

When I first entered the CD Universe website, a notice came up that stated 'If you enter your email address here, we will give you 15% off on your purchace. I did enter my email address and at check out the price was displayed in every step of the check out process. On the very last step is where you enter your email address. I entered it and the total did not change to indicate the 15% discount promised and the process and the order was over and complete.
Was this more of the new Commercial tool being used known as Lying???

Best these days if looking for an out of print or hard to find item for an often affordable cost. Never had any problems with them outside of the fact they do not have tracking for shipping which is bs and downright stupid.
Everything has tracking out there regardless of what one might say. Most know this that receive packages daily as I do. Still, despite that one flaw it is good overall but please fix the tracking, it’s just common sense.
