The Hollywood star took to Instagram to share a never-before-seen photo of herself with her husband Michael Douglas, 78, and their two children, Carys, 19, and Dylan, 22.
Catherine stunned in a white blouse and linen trousers, paired with a brown cross-body bag, hat and neck scarf.
However, while sharing the unseen snap, Catherine used the caption to tell her 4.3 million Instagram followers about the realities of their family Thanksgiving.
She penned: "Happy Thanksgiving to Americans near and far. With work commitments this year we are not in turkey mode, but in the serious thankful mode for the blessings of health, happiness and family. Love to you all."
