We loved the food and the service was excellent, with wonderful staff. There is no children’s menu but the waitresses helped us choose items that would work (and we ordered extra chips and bread). Lovely, would go back

Norbert, thank you a lot for your comment. Looking forward to having you again in Anita Flow
We didn't even know this place existed but stumbled across it and a what a find! Really friendly staff, especially Doriana, and made to feel very welcome. Being as it was midweek then not particularly busy and the service couldn't be faulted and a great...selection of craft beers to sample. The evening was topped off by a great 90s soundtrack and the time just flew by. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a bit of a chilled out evening where the food and drink go down easily and the drinks/food are both reasonably priced. Thanks for the great memories and highly recommend. Two very happy English tourists.More
Jon, Thank you for your great review, we love knowing that you had a good time with us, we hope you come back soon! Greetings.
Arrived in Barcelona today and had a great dinner at Anita Flow. Our waiter Branko made great food and wine recommendations and we enjoyed roasted Aubergine with miso and pomegranate, roast chicken and homemade carrot cake. Everything was delicious and the price point was more...than fair - dinner for 2 for 50 euros. Highly recommendMore
Stephenie, Thank you for your nice review, we love knowing you had a good time with us and liked the food, we hope you come back soon! Greetings.
The food at this restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We had the meat canneloni. My friend had the passion fruit cheesecake for dessert and i had the chocolate cake and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our waiter was called Oscar. He was very friendly and...helpful and used his own phone to order us a taxi when we were ready to leave.More
Hello Linda, thank you very much for your review. We are pleased to know that you liked the food and we hope you come back soon. Greetings.
Really trendy place to grab some brunch. First and foremost, excellent food. We ordered one omelette with cheese (they didn’t have any ham, no big deal) and one scrambled eggs. Portions were great, well priced and the dish extremely tasty, especially the dressing on the...spinach! Only slight down side was the iced chai latte my partner had which wasn’t iced but a bit luke warm. Still decent enough though.More
Thank you very much for your review, we are pleased to know you like Anita Flow, we hope you come back soon and taste our spinach dressing again, regards!
Was very pleasantly surprised by this amazing restaurant right in our hood. They have a completely different spin on tapas. Amazing unique dishes. Our server Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable... made the experience truly memorable. The impeccable service we received paired with the quality...of the food and the stylish interior will make this a destination eatery for my future trips to BarcelonaMore
Thank you very much for your review, we are pleased to know you like Anita Flow, we hope you come back soon and enjoyour flow again, regards!
Based on TA reviews and the fact that it was around the corner from our hotel, we stopped in for dinner recently. Since the weather was nice, we sat in the enclosed patio. (We were off the street but still outside.) I had the steamed...salmon and DH the Venezuelan Cachapa, both were delicious. Our waiter, Oscar, was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer our questions. A couple of days later we were too tired to walk far to eat, so we found ourselves here again, at our same table, and Oscar was our waiter again. Interestingly, a new menu started that day, with some of the same and some new items. This time I chose the Yakimeshi, a light rice dish with lightly cooked veggies (mostly scallions) and added chicken. DH had the meat on a stone. I wish I could get my photos on here, this was a fun dish. Strips of beef with a light sauce are seared on top of a very hot rock. It looked like an over-large baked potato. It held the heat so the meat could be cooked to your liking. We even tested a couple of scallions to see if they would sizzle. They did. Although he was quite busy this night, Oscar remembered us from our first visit, and made the time to check in with us to see how we were doing, all the while with a smile.More
Thank you for your nice review, we love knowing that you had a good time with us and liked the space, we hope you come back soon in another opportunity! Greetings.
Staff is very friendly, Andrea and her colleague (sorry, didn't get his name) helped us to choose a good dish. The "Bone Fide roasted chicken" is very well seasoned and the price is great. I'd recommend without any doubt. And don't forget to try the..."xocolata con dulce de leche" - it's incredible!More
Thank you for your review. We hope you come back soon, it was a pleasure !! 💜🤘🏻
Excellent service from Doriana! She was very quick at serving us every time we needed it and spoke in both English and Spanish. The food and drink were excellent and the music had a brilliant, old-school vibe of 70s-90s. Would definitely return!
Amy, thank you for sharing your experience and enjoying as much as we do! We'll see you soon :)
We had a table booked there. As soon as we arrived they seated us and accommodated an extra person we got last minute, which was nice. After seeing the menu, which was exactly what you love in a menu, with enough dished to get with...everyone's taste but not too many to think they would be meh, we ordered nearly everything from the menu. Andrea kindly took our order and was just amazing in every step. When we got the food, it looked great... Tasted even better. The chicken was perfect, the guacamole was perfect, the salmon amazing, the rice extremely tasty. There's literally nothing bad to say about the place as everything was on point. Also, thanks to Andrea we got to taste some out-of-the-menu dishes which were an excellent recommendation from her side. Would 100% recommend and will definitely go there again.More
Wow Artemi thank you so much for this review! We are extremely happy that you liked the food, you ordered our favourite dishes and couldn't be happier! Andrea will be amazed by your kind words! Thank you for visiting us and hope to see you...More
We had a lovely lunch here at Anita Flow. The atmosphere is lovely, the decor is unique and the staff is very friendly. The food is diverse and unlike anything we had in Barcelona. The whole chicken for two people is absolutely delicious and extremely...well cooked!More
Quel bonheur de savoir que vous avez aimé notre restaurant tout compris, avec des options pour tous les goûts !...More
Have been to Anita Flow last summer and again returning to Barcelona this year. The food remains fresh and well presented with a great mix and range of flavours available. The food is a varied mix of small plates and main meals meaning you can...easily combine aspects to create your own meal. The vibe of the restaurant is great and well thought out. Serving team are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. What, for me really let's it down and really puts me off a place, is a push from anyone in a place to leave a Trip Advisor review (I.e. definitely leave a positive one because 'We really appreciate it') and even better if you leave my name. This would have definitely been a full 5 star should this not have occurred. It is cheap, and worthy of something you would expect in a seaside tourist trap or something on La Ramblas. Reviews should be merited based on people's thoughts not pushed for before leaving somewhere. A real shame.More
Ollie, thank you so much for coming back and enjoying as much as we do!! We also take your opinion very seriously therefore we'll be working on it! Best regards!
I went to Antia Flow with my wife for lunch on Friday the 6th of Aug, we saw the overwhelming positive reviews for the place, and gave it a go for ourselves. We were not disappointed in the slightest, everything form the decor, the staff...and the food was excellent We shared our food, we ordered the calamari, the croquettes chicken and ham, and the truffled egg. All the food was made fresh in house no doubt about that, and made with considerable skill. The only thing I would say is the egg could use some pepper, but that's just my personal taste. For dessert we had the passion fruit cheesecake, and the chocolate brownie. Both were very nice and tasty, a little bit surprised they were served in plastic tubes, but they were nice nevertheless. In summary I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good food, stay away from the tourist traps, and walk 15 from Las ramblas and enjoy this gem of a place. P.S the servers in this place are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable extremely important in a place that is this busy. Srvers never get enough of the credit in a place like this when it is a success.More
Thank you for your comment! We are happy to know that you have spent a beautiful evening with us, without a doubt we have the best gastronomic menu to serve our customers! We hope to see you soon so we can continue enjoying together!
We chose to eat here based on other reviews and we were staying in a hotel nearby. We were not disappointed. Excellent decor/atmosphere. We had the roast chicken with potato and beetroot- served as an entire chicken on a vertical roaster ( although the menu...does say serves 1 or 2) - and meat on a stone an excellent piece of steak. The cake for dessert changes daily and was very light. 2 courses with drinks for less than 50 euro was excellent value.More
Sarah, thank you very much for your comment, we love knowing that you liked the atmosphere and decor at Anita Flow, we hope you come back soon, greetings!
We found Anita Flow as we were walking back to our accommodation and decided to go back there for dinner the next day. The atmosphere was good as-well as the food. The menu choice has a few things which are a little different, for example...I had the broccoli and feta cheese tandoori which was different but lovely. You must try their little cup desserts, they have a couple on the menu but they have more choice in their cake display, we had the caramel cheesecake and it was great!More
Elleney, thank you for your super nice review, we love knowing that you liked our little cup that much , we hope you come back soon! Greetings! :)
