Pros
We're all in this insanity together. Employees try to keep each others spirits up in the face of an awful company.
Cons
During a recent meeting upper management blamed employees for how bad the metrics are. Also threatened to go employee by employee to see how each individual is doing. However, rather than hire more employees, provide better training, review processes and make them more streamlined, and update archiac systems, they'd rather put all the blame on the employees. They need to create a call center if they want higher call answer rates. For some reason management can't understand you can't be expected to have high quality work, meet SLAs, metrics if you're on the phone all the time. We need time to do other work as well. Other companies have call centers, why doesn't AON take the hint? This company is depressing to work for and quite frankly all of this stick rather than carrot nonsense is making people want to leave. We don't get paid enough or get bonuses to put up with this nonsense. Finally, the hiring process is a quagmire. Managers want to hire but the process is so difficult as to be aggravating.

Pros
Smart Working, good people, nice office environment
Cons
I was at Aon for 10+ years and loved being a part of this prestigious firm. However, over the last few years, it seemed to lose direction and became impossible to get anything accomplished. Matrix structure overcomplicated things, and the firm seemed to value everything except the broking business. Such a disappointment but I felt that I had to leave. Lots of execs started to leave, too, which made it obvious that something isn't working.

Pros
- Growth opportunities - Good benefits - Part of the 500 fortune companies
Cons
Aon seems to be ungrateful to employees who dedicated their entire career to them.
3 - 2.0Customer Service SpecialistCurrent EmployeeAlpharetta, GA
Pros
Remote or Hybrid option although it’s mainly hybrid with 3 days required in office
Cons
Only two options for hours worked and that’s 9-5:30 or 12:30-9 and if you are a new hire for Aon Integramark, it’s probably the latter. It’s hard to get hours changed.. been waiting for months with no real response. The communication from upper management is terrible and the client which is Synchrony, is just not helpful and it feels like I’m working for a scam company although it’s not. It makes me feel terrible coming to work. There’s no overtime or bonuses.. and they really don’t care about anyone but the client. (synchrony) and it’s hard to move around or up.. no room for advancement

Pros
There are no pros for this company.
Cons
Management is toxic, Executives treat assistants like servants. They have assistants reporting to another assistant (on the same level) because they think we don't count and don't want to be bothered. They are demeaning, discriminatory and inappropriate and HR looks the other way blaming the assistant.
