Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is a stand-up comedian, actor, impressionist, voice artist, and comedian known for his role as Deputy Garcia on Reno 911! and the voice of the Taco Bell Chihuahua. Other voice-over work includes roles on Phineas and Ferb, Rocko's Modern Life, SpongeBob SquarePants, Handy Manny, Camp Lazlo, and Hey Arnold!.
Alazraqui voiced Mr. Weed on Family Guy from the show's debut in "Death Has a Shadow" until Mr. Weed's death in "Mr. Saturday Knight." He also voiced bit characters for Family Guy, including Cheech Marin in "Wasted Talent."
