Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nashville MetroCenter Downtown

Place was clean but husband got horrible allergies. Not sure what set him off but my guess something in the air-conditioning. The woman working the front desk was nice, but apparently they are required to wear a mask but she was wearing hers on her chin. They also tried to charge me 7.00 to park and I told her I got an email from the hotel stating parking was free for people who where staying overnight. I will be contacting corporate about this. The breakfast was hotel breakfast, but they offered no fresh fruit at all. The lady singing hot cakes every 5 minutes got a wee bit annoying especially at 6am.
The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants in Germantown. And located right off interstate. The area itself is fine for walking.
Overall probably won't stay here again.

Hotel was very nice all around. Also the room was was very nice and big too. Also Breakfast was included which was very nice. My friends and I stayed here for just a day for Nashville Pride.

In addition this hotel is was very close to a lot of attractions which was great too.

Furthermore would recommend staying here.

Wife here-beautiful hotel, very clean. Close enough to everything we needed. It's not in downtown which was even better for us to relax and navigate the town. Would absolutely use again!

This was our landing spot after 11 hours of travel from H-town!! Did I find the place that I will land when I'm in Nashville all the time?! From the time we walked in the door Cayce, the front desk clerk had the most bubbly personality and a wonderful spirit!! She welcomed us with a warm smile and made us smile after being in a car for sooooo long!! The highlight of my stay was the breakfast! This location definitely has customer service down to a tee!! The rooms were nice and clean and there is a lot of space, with a pullout couch. You know how it's been since COVID, people are overwhelmed because of lack of staff( NOT HERE) Every employee has been very welcoming and friendly. The stars of the breakfast show are Ms. Tina, better known as The Hotcake Lady and Ms. Barbara, The Bacon Lady. These two ladies kept the breakfast area jumping! You really can't help but to get upset when you're laying in your bed and at 6 the smell of bacon is permeating throughout your room ! They have options for everyone so if you don't eat bacon, there is turkey sausage and another option. I'm a bacon lover!! The pictures of the hotel and breakfast area will show you that this is a great place to stay! It's clean and they don't charge for overnight parking like other hotel in the area. Also, if you're a person that wants to get back any money like me book through Rakuten, go to Booking.com and get back 4%( it's better than nothing)!! Don't forget to check out Ms. Tina's hotcake video below; it's epic!! It's definitely memorable; I bet the next time you eat pancakes you may even remember you heard this song!

Very clean hotel. The service was great and the breakfast was top notch. The pool area was very nice and kept clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

First time visiting Nashville and this was the perfect hotel to stay in. About a 10 minute car ride to downtown, to the Gulch, and some other places were about 5 mins away. This hotel was totally worth the price, as it was $100 cheaper than other hotels. We were given an accessible room since they didn't have any other king size rooms available. Very spacious, comfortable bed, free WiFi, and enjoyed the double layered black out shades. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options such as breads, bagels, cinnamon buns, muffins, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelettes, cereal, and so on. My bf said this is a newer hotel so he couldn't book find on hotel.com apps, but he found out about it through the Agoda app. Modern, clean, and overall great experience!

I really like staying here on my pit stops back home. I've stayed hear at least once a month, going back to August. Very affordable--even cheaper than air bnbs now that Nashville has so many fees. This is a few blocks north of Germantown and very convenient to downtown and the interstate. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean. They are adding/updating homes and hotels in the area, so I am sure in a few months the prices will reflect. For now a great bargain with free parking.

First impression was nice however, after sleeping here for the night I change my mind. Their cast to heir TV is broken, smoke alarm in our room flashed all night, and maid came into our room while my husband and I were sleeping.

Absolutely not. Do not stay here. The front desk staff tried so hard and we did get checked in. Absolutely nothing to complain about with staff. But the room is SO GROSS. Smells stale and like old cigarettes. Falling apart. Bathroom was disgusting. A/C not working properly. Find another place. This isn't it.

Passing thru and I made a last minute reservation and was not disappointed. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and I will stay again.
