Owen, my salesman was great. Very personable. He found the exact car that I wanted and had it brought to the dealership, then to my home. A Chevrolet Trax RS in Cacti Green. Owen was able to answer all my questions about the operation of the car. I never felt pressure into buying it. Great customer service. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I was given a fair amount for my trade in. I will recommend Owen, and the dealership to anyone who wants to buy a car. I also like the guys in the service department. This is my second Chevy.

I personally will never buy a gmc again I have brought my Acadia in multiple times, and still not fixed I am not upset with Denise she tried to help with this car. I am disappointed in the waiting game to fix my vehicle and it’s been months, I use my vehicle for work and everyday I drive I stress out about what will happen, I am very disappointed in this purchase and gmc trying to help me. Tired of wandering when my vehicle will be fixed. Very Disappointed in GMC

Brian was very helpful. He even brought the new car to my house so I could see it and he went over all the features with. Cut down the time I spent at the dealership too, by getting everything ready for me.

Bad experience
Horrible experience.Cant get a call back ,tried 3- times to get a quote for a new truck. Owen in sales doesn't seem to want to sell a new truck.Had the same treatment a few months ago from Parumph Chevrolet and thought I would try again. Total waste of time.

Do Not Work with Veterans
Wife and I went to buy a new Buick Encore, saleamanger low balled us on trade-in price by over $3500. Would not work with us on military discount, so we went to Vegas and bought a new Honda HR-V saved over $2500 and they gave us $3000 more than PVA. They did a GREAT job. Will NOT go back to PVA.
